3kW element heats up water to full capacity in less than 5 minutes. You can start getting hot water within two minutes from the tap. Thermal insulation is quite good, water remains warm inside even after 12 hours. Water pipe connectors are of plastic (not brass as in other brands) but are of good quality and serve the purpose. The geyser unit is suspended from two wall hooks which hold the entire unit from the outer plastic body - not from the inside metallic tank. Hope the plastic body is strong enough to hold the weight of the geyser along with the 6 litres of water. Overall quite a good and efficient product.

Heating is simple and smooth.Note that, installation must be done by Haier representative only, for the warranty to be valid. Call customer care as soon as you receive the order, to book an appointment for installation.Installation costed around Rs.1000 which includes service charge and other materials.

Very Poor service and on the product is 4 year warranty, But the service centre will tell you that it's only one year warranty and pay the amount for the parts
Takes around 30 mins for each person to heat

Takes 30 mins to heat. Haier will charge installation if you buy online and they charge upto 1000 with pipes. Not able to know if auto cut off works as even after 30 mins heating light is still on.If you have large family it takes hours by the time it serves all.Better go with instant heater if you have large family.This works only for 1 to 2 people.
Gets ur job done. Avoid buying it from seller named "meekan interio".

Heater is of good of quality. Have not been facing any problem since i purchased. Takes 1 min to get water hot.My suggestion to buyers please do not buy any prouct from "meekan interio" seller. Very bad service and I have had worst experience with seller.
