Serves the purpose well. Service from Godrej is good. Once got defected within guarantee period, was soon rectified by Godrej. Only one demerit, motor used for fetching water get damage sometimes. This was the defect registered.

This product is amazing by Godrej it is very easy to use for a children also but it is not compulsory to operate with a child bcoz this product has not child lock so you have to careful and one more thing this product contains a lint remover that was not good except this the machine works perfectly without any type of bugs

Got this for a special price during big billion day sale. Flipkart, thank you for delivering the product safely and at no shipping cost. Very satisfied with the performance of the product. I bought it based on the reviews given by other users on various web sites including Flipkart. Sincere thanks to them as well. This is a basic model, best for users who are just looking for automatic wash, rinse & spin without looking for any other special washing functions or features. I tested it with heavy load on the first attempt itself. It gave a satisfactory performance. Wash quality is really good. Nothing to complain. Hope the review helps for other buyers like me :-)
Highly disappointed

After reading many reviews I purchased this machine. No doubts it is very simple to operate, but it NOT AT ALL a fully Automatic, it is rather FULLY MANUAL machine due to the following reasons :
- whenever power goes (which happens several times a day in India) the machine stops, goes on Pause mode and one has to press the start to restart Otherwise you will think power has come back and your wash cycle will be completed. NO NO NO.
- whenever power comes back - machine starts from ABC.. no matter where it left when power goes off. This is very frustrating and water/time waste. Example if the wash cycle is just about to complete Or drain just started, you have to start the wash all over again when power comes back.
- drain function is faulty - manual says the drain pipe should not be >15cm high, but in reality it should be exactly at zero cm level otherwise machine throws error, if floor slope is not proper - be prepared for your whole house to be flooded with water during drain cycle.

I recently bought this machine exchanging my old Godrej fully automatic 5.5kg machine. This is the best entry level fully automatic washing machine I could find!
Don't expect too many frills; except for normal/heavy/woolens washing & drying there aren't any features - but then again, what were you expecting for this price?
