This is the worst "after service" in the industry

The food processor worked for 5 months well then it tripped several times. Service people told that motor will be replaced as it is in warranty. Already one month passed they are still procuring the motor.The customer care has no responsibility, they only can give the nearest the service center contact no, nothing else. This is the worst "after service" in the industry. Don't ever buy any CG products.

This is the best food processor available in the market. Best brand value, best stainless steel blades and superfast motor by Compton. Vegetable chopping,grinding and juicing made in seconds.I am using this product for 3 months now. The only issue I faced is blades are hard to fit and remove. Takes some more time. Nothing else. A fantastic product.

It's very good product. Just what I needed for my mom.My mom is arthritic patient so I bought this for her assistance in kitchen. It's very good for making dough and chopping vegetables.It's decent for extracting juices (I have tried carrot and beet root juice extraction and it works decently).Had minor problem with chutney jar, but thanks to CG customer suport...m getting it replaced.Overall a totally worth product.
