Worked well initially but after about 5 months has started giving problems. Needs to be reset by lifting the body and dropping it again.
Canon service centre is quite far from my residence and so far they have not picked up the phone. As the printer is still operational but erratic; I have still not made time to go to the Canon service station.
Not very satisfied by this purchase.
Paper Jamming & Misalignment

Paper getting jammed every time is the main issue with this printer.There is only one main roller that pulls the paper first and it is too narrow hence paper gets stuck every time.Misalignment is also an issue because of the same reason.Otherwise the print quality is good.

I bought this printer today. Though it is too soon to comment on the daily tasks, I would still like to pen down a few words.
1. Delivery: It was amazingly fast. I had ordered it online via this website on a Saturday and by Monday evening I had it in my hands. The package was in good condition.
2. The Hardware: The body is sleek, lightweight and black. Everything about the body suggests that it means business. The pictorial manual is helpful and installing the cartridges is simple if you follow the instructions.
3. The Software: Very intuitive and easy to use. All you have to do is insert the CD in your pc/laptop and connect the printer..follow the instructions...and within a few minutes, everything is setup.
4. Print Quality: It is good, both printing and copying features have good resolution.
5. Scanning: I scanned a couple of documents using the software...it came out good. Yet to throw photos at it...So not yet tested.
Overall Impression: I would give it a 5/5 for the overall product quality. Best for personal or home use. The headset offer can be availed by following the link by clicking on the question mark beside the offer on the website.

Using it since 6 months now very happy with it. Best printer in the range of 3k.
The price of cartridge is too high. It's better to buy the printer and then keep on refilling the ink as buying cartridge is expensive.

Although the print quality is amazing for an ink jet. The printer is really slow and sometimes tests your patience. I'd suggest its still better to go for a laser jet even if you print fewer copies.
