Excellent value for money printer

Good print quality, quick response time. Good for occasional duplex printing as duplex printing is slow. Tonner empty can be resetted by key presses only, no need to do any hardware tweakings.

I decide to buy one MF laster for my small office, based on spec and price i thought of give a try with this 7065dn, i have no experience with brother before.
so flipkart did decent job as usual, so item has arrived to my doorstep without any glitch.
me & my father start to unboxing this 10kg mf printer. Alright all well placed and i thought of connect via usb first. Installation and Intial setup take only 10mins max. everything very user friendly and easy.
Positive
1) Surprisingly very fast, one of my next door guy asked me about the price, i said guess what? he said hmm around 20-25k i just simply laughed.
but duplex is slow though, if you want to get duplex speed then you have to do manual duplex.
2) Print quality is just amazing, even though i tried with 300dpi with toner saver mode on. just amazing.
3) 250pages input tray does decent job
4) I always love to use ADF (basically i am a lazzy guy like u :)) this ADF feature and this mechanism just work wonderful
5) very easy to operate.
6) Running cost is cheaper though compare to other competitor in this range.
Negative
I don't have any big issue with this guy i felt something could have been better.
1) The scanner lid seems to be spring-loaded, so be gentle when closing the flatbed scanner, i felt this bad designing part.
2) ADF can't scan double sided. but kind of expected so that we can easily scan double sided and take duplex printing.
3) Drum life is just 12k pages, 20k pages would have been better.
Overall I feel very proud to bought this printer, I definitely recommended to all who looking MF laser printer for their small office,
(Notes : this printer love to work with JK paper 75gsm , if you want to use any other brand just give a trial try to take 5 duplex copies first, if you get duplex printing without any trouble like paper jam or printing error then just fine)
Best all in one

This is best all-in-one in this price range.It makes work easy by Automatic Document Feeder and Automatic Duplex printing. Any one looking for a hassle free printer scanner copier this is ultimate choice. Automatic Document Feeder allows the user to scan and copy 35 documents in one go without lifting the scanner bed again and again, Just put documents to be scanned or copied in ADF slit and printer will scan or copy all of them. Duplex printing i.e. automatic double sided printing saves paper, toner and time.

A Good machine for its price. The printer works reasonably well and is appropriate for the requirements of a single user. Am satisfied with the performance and can live with the weaknesses of this machine.
Pro: low initial cost, fast scanning, reasonably fast scanning, decent print quality
Cons: Frequent paper jams while printing from manual tray, Build quality on the weaker side.
An excellent product

This is a wonderful product. Instead of going in for the so called popular brands, which are low on features and high on sparecostss, this printer is a great relief. Quality of print is superb. It has feature of automatic duplex for printing as well as copying. The printer goes to sleep when not in use and saves lot of energy. Besides, the noise level also is sufficiently low. I wont comment about the flipkart delivery, as they have deleted my earlier critism for delivery and their representative told that they dont include the feedback about flipkart service and publish the product feedback alone. Of course, its surprising that they gleefully publish the praise for the delivery and packing, but dont like any criticism to be printed.

Good, basic, no-frills multifunction printer

I have been using this printer continuously since June 2014.It's worked well and reliably during that time.The printer and copier work well. I've had no problems with them, and this printer seldom jams.In any case, Laserjets are now pretty standard technology. The toner seems to last reasonably well.I've changed the toner twice since I started using the machine. Admittedly, I don't print a lot.The scanner is adequate, but a bit lack-lustre, so I'm deducting one star for that, which maybe a bit mean, because scanners in multifunction printers are not expected to be very good.As you can see from the description, this scanner has both a flatbed and an ADF.The scan quality is not very good. The ADF occasionally jams. Also, the paper tends to be pulledin slightly crooked, so the scans end up crooked. Plus, the scanning is noisy and slow.Part of the reason I bought this printer is because Brother has Linux drivers for the scanner.I've been using those with my computer running Debian (currently 8.0/jessie) with no issues.I have the printer on my local network. I'm running an ethernet cable from the printer to a router.I can't comment on the Brother frontend/user scanning software, if any, since it is not availablefor Linux. I've just used the Brother drivers in conjunction with SANE and the SANE frontend gscan2pdf.I've purchased a supplemental Fujitsu scanner (the IX500) to use in conjunction with the Brotherscanner. The IX500 is a better scanner than the Brother, but doesn't have a flatbed.So if I need a flatbed, I can use the Brother.

I bought this printer 6-7 months ago from Nehru Place for Rs. 11,500. I have emailed amazon about the lower price on other stores, so maybe they will reduce the price here (currently Rs. 14,649).Pros:1. Print speed is very good and toner lasts a long time.2. The ADF (automatic document feeder) is awesome - You can save a ton of time using this feature if you want to scan multiple documents at a time or even photocopy 15-20 pages double sided at once. Just put all the pages in the ADF and you're done :)3. Double Sided Printing. It is occasionally needed but helpful and saves pages when printing notes and stuff.4. LAN port for networking. Just connect the printer to your wireless router using a LAN cable (RJ45) and you can give print and scan commands from all devices connected to your network.Bonus Tip: After connecting this printer to your network, install the Brother iPrint & Scan app to print wirelessly from your iPhone or iPad (basically any iOS device).Cons:1. No in-built WiFi. Printer costing this much should come with in-built WiFi.2. No AirPrint support. While you can print using the brother app, this printer doesn't support the Apple AirPrint protocol.3. The default (included) toner cartridge is of lesser capacity. I bought the Brother TN-2280 cartridge separately which prints a good 1000-1500 pages before needing a refill.
