I ordered this product on 6th Oct, Billion FOOLS Day - that's what Flipkart did to its customers. I was thoroughly unsatisfied by the product and asked for either of the two options: - 1. Refund my amount. 2. Replace this product with another product for a higher value and adjust the difference amount (was willing to pay upfront) The Customer Care executive and the product expert both denied me saying that we don't refund any amount because the product was sold on 6th October. Both of them were rude and did not try find a way out. Isn't it unfair? You will sell anything and do not refund or replace the item even if is fake? I ordered an item from BOSS but this one is made by BIG BOSS. It is a fake product and flipkart has cheated me.
