I purchased this machine thinking of it to be the best of the lot. But the machine does not meet the expectation. The manual says it can grind pulses, black pepper and coffee beans. But it cannot do any of the job. The machine needs 3 min of cooling time after running for 20 Sec. The body gets heated up very fast. Although, the power mentioned is 1000 watt, its RPM is low. Therefore, everything is slow in the machine. A word about 'Brand Shoppe', the vendor. When I complained about the poor performance of the machine, the vendor refused to accept. He came down even to personal disrespect. f possible, avoid 'Brand Shoppe'. Full marks to Amazon for its prompt and just action. They not only judged complaint on its merit but also provided full refund. All future purchases from Amazon.
No after sales service by Black and Decker in India.

One of the blades of the food processor broke within one day of purchase. I have been running behind Black and Decker for four months now for a replacement but still no action by them. I will never again buy a Black and Decker appliance in India because their after sales service is non-existant.
