Great product but password locked on receiving the product

Great laptop for its price range. Its fast and well built. No issues up till now. Only one problem I had was that the laptop was password locked!!! after I turned it on for the first time. Really the seller forgot to remove the password before shipping it so had to format the laptop to get access to it. Anyway the product is great for everyday use.

The Product is perfect only for document uses i.e. if you are editing some documents, surfing websites with lot many tabs, or working with some basic tasks such as storage, etc.
The turbo boosted Quad core processor works pretty well with all the tasks you do.
The very big disadvantage is 'THE RAM, WHICH IS 2GB ONLY, SOMETIME YOU WILL FEEL LIKE HAVING A BIT MORE AMOUNT OF RAM, BUT YOU CANNOT UPGRADE, :( , WHICH IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

no one could better than this laptop under 20000. very good processor. yes ram is 2 gb but sufficient. browser mozila at the most use 500mb. so my ram is gone 70% not higher than 70 to 80%. beasuse i install i obit smart ram which compress ram 70 to 20%. so dont waste mony buy this laptop if you are not intrest in game. and basic browsing and watching movie and run any software very slim laptop. that laptop highly appriciated and aplause. without any hesitation buy this laptop and enjoy 1080p and 4k videos without hang. please understand the value of money dont waste money and do not think expand ram 2gb is enough and enough. and downlod iobit smart ram. enjoy
