I have researched in internet for buying 2 tablets and finally decided to go with Asus Fone Pad Dual Sim Tablet 2014, bout from flipkart and it's awesome. It's very useful and worthful for the price of Rs.12k range and not comparable with any other tablets in the market.

Touch Feel: 5 out of 5
Speed: 4.5 out of 5
Audio: 4 out of 5
Phone Calling Quality : 5 out of 5
3G: 5 out of 5 and works great
Dual Sim Dual Standby
Intel Processor: 5 out of 5
Expandable Memory: upto 64GB : 5 out of 5
OS: Android 4.3 Jelly Bean: 4.5 out of 5 would have given option to upgrade to 4.4
Apps: Games such as Temple Run etc., - works good without lagging - 5 out of 5
Flipkart Delivery: As usual Amazing Faster delivery
Cons: No Flash
Back Panel: for White Color (it's glassy finish and bit difficult to hold with one hand as it may drop)
Final: I have registered with Asus website for getting free flip cover within 2 weeks i have verification call from Asus India and today i have received free value of Rs.1,999 with free of cost. Congrats to Asus and the cover is superb like Ipad Mini Cover
I have placed total of 3 tablets with the same model as i still like to buy another one soon for my kid as the earlier orders for my cousin kids.
Verdict: A budget Tablet with all the features

Hi Flipkart team, A week ago the price of this ASUS phonepad was 11999 that too with bluetooth headset free and 11499 without headset.. Now you have increased the price to 12499. I am not getting, why there is hike in price.
There is no issue with this product. It would have been a good buy for me at earlier price.
Pls let us know your policy on this.

After reviewing some tablet finally decided to go with this one as this has all the feature for which I am looking for and after getting it never disappoint me.
pros:
1. Good HD display
2. long battery life
3. calling facility 3G,2G dual SIM
4. metallic finish
5. Floating apps
6. no hang problem runs smoothly
7. android 4.3
8.front and rear camera 5mp front
cons: 1.non removable battery but no issue at all
2. Hard to find external accessories
3. camera is not so impressive in low light
overall very satisfy n Flipkart I love You for great shopping experience every time

I bought it for gifting someone, and thus did hell lot of research for value for money tablet along with good after sale service and pricing. My research ended with this Tab due to its features and reviews for Asus service, and choosed Flipkart as they offered second lowest price (on the day I bought, though it changed to MRP very next day) and good track record for delivery service.
About the product: Didn't used it much as its for gifting, however was satisfied with the product to the extent used. Looks are sober and good, its quite slim. Speaker is not very loud thus difficult to hear when it rings in noise. Headphone not included in pack so will have to buy separately. No flash. Pre-installed apps are not overloaded.
However, personally feels that it has been placed on higher price by Asus when compares such products of other brands, but overall Its a good product.

This is best available option in market.3 months ago ordered Lenova P780. from "The Do store". pathetic service of "The Do store".They sent defective peace, the display had pink spots , they are inside LCD display. means the peace was defective. I called lenova customer service , after many hours of try at last got someone to talk. I told them the problem, they said they said "Do store " will replace immediately but no one knows where is DO store, its like they exists only to take orders, finally I donated that cell phone,Lenova has pathetic post sales service, and they have another pathetic partner with them that is HCL.Finally Asus,. I have used Asus products earlier and they tend to last long and huge value for money.This tablet is best available option in market right now.Pros-1) Very nice Touch response. Very Nice display and Intel Processor.2) Intel has done good job with this dual core processor. I dint feel any lag, all games running fine in high settings.3) this is just 7 inch phone with all features working fine,Cons-1) This don't come with any scratch guard and this is not scratch proof screen, so package must contain one anti scratch display protectorImprovements -1) 2GB Ram recommended.2) Corning Hard glass recommended.3) Battery must be minimum 8 Amps.4) Display must be more bright.for above improvements I can give 3000 INR Extra.
Nice Tab from a good Seller (a2z iT)

The tab is excellent. Asus folks provided prompt response when I wrote to them on a small issue I faced with registering the product in the website. I even received a call from their customer service and got New Year wishes! Great service, Asus team. 5-star rating to you. I purchased the product for my wife and we are happy with the product.I must appreciate the prompt delivery too; Shipped and delivered in less than 2 days!!! By the re-seller Mr.Sunil Kumar Jain of Syscom Computers Pvt. Ltd. (a2z iT). He responded promptly, when I had a small issue related to the registration of the purchase after the receipt of the item. He connected with Asus sales and service personnel to resolve it quickly. I happen to read a bad note about a2z iT from another customer about a bad delivery. That poor feedback should be given to the courier rather than to the seller. Anyways, I give 5-star rating to them. I am sure I will buy again from this a2z iT.And, I will buy from Asus too, just because of the excellent after sale service.- Sridhar
ASUS Fonepad 7 ME372CG not worth a buy

I purchased Asus Fonepad specifically for usage during travelling where I do not need to carry a phone and a tab together. From software and user interface point of view everything is fine. However, the major problem in this device is the quality of the screen and the protective glass. The touch screen glass is so delicate that a small scratch resulted into a multiple cracks on the glass finally leading to useless device. This happened within few months from the date of purchase and as on date this is still under warranty. However, Asus denied the warranty for the defect saying that it is because of the usage and not the manufacturing defect. Alright, second big issue is the technology itself. Only the touch sensitive glass cannot be replaced. It comes with LCD panel + glass which costs 8900/- from ASUS authorized service centers. Third issue, the service centers in Bangalore does not have stock of the panel and have to wait for a week to get it repaired. Trust me the glass is so brittle that it shatters to small pieces very soon as the cracks develops. Please note that you will not find a screen guard easily for this model. Bottom line is that it is not worth a buy of any ASUS tabs as the service is poor and the costs are exorbitant and the device is very delicate.
Great Calling Tablet..possibly the best in its category

I also checked Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, Lenovo A300 and HP Slate along with this calling tablet. This is a nice product with brilliant display, fast processor and good memory configuration. I have been using for a month and yet to find any issue with the tab. Gone for the 16GB version (hard to find in Indian market and also comes at a premium of 2-3K over the 8GB internal memory version) since I felt 8GB could be a stretch in case I wish to load lots of apps down the line. Two cons that I would like to highlight (the reason I have given 4 stars):1. Lack of good quality accessories like flip case, screen protector etc2. Questionable coverage & quality of ASUS after-sales-service in India (This is a major risk for buyers)

I purchased assufone pad7 ME372CG tablet one month back.It is very good looking tab, with good specification and almost all the apps, touch is very good, when I started Woking with it then I found its performance is excellent in one or two task together,but on multitasking it's performance is very poor, it hangs in between and become non responsive.I used Google nexus7, although is also Asus make, it's performnce is much better than FonePad7I hope Asus should come up with better model in 2014 model.
