This is just a 2 mega pixel camera, Not 13 megapixel as mentioned in product description. And there is no way to return this product. There is only replacement. I don't want this product with 2 mega pixel.

Pros:
1) Good quality webcam for normal video chatting
2) Focus option to blur/clear video
3) Built in mic, good quality
Cons:
1) Don't go after 25 Mega pixel tag, its normal web cam.[Good in this price range (I got at 360)]
2) Night vision means those 6 LED will be on, with direct hard light on your face. I will suggest better turn on light in your room :P
Overall very satisfied with this product. Go for it :)
