Got the delivery and done the installation by AO Smith in just 24 hour.Best quality RO in this price range with 5 stage filtration syatem. UV filter is missing in UTC X5 and even it is missing in all AO under sink model.Overall experience is good.Thanks Amazon

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service

AO Smith, big name but extremely poor service. Our installation request was logged immediately and I was forced to do the follow-up continuously for 4 days.From will be at your home in 30 mins, to 1.5 hrs, to request is not assigned to me to request has already been serviced- all sorts of excuses were made by the technician from outsourced agency 'Instant Solution'.Meanwhile I kept on doing follow-up with the A O Smith customer service on phone also, which was as horrible as the technician. All fake promises, that I have talked to the technician, he will call u back to he will be at your home by 2; putting me on hold for long duration when I demanded putting me across to the shift supervisor or disconnecting the phone when I demanded to let me talk to the supervisor of the technician.Finally after a full working week, the technician arrived who was rude and had horrible attitude. He did not have proper bit for making hole in my extremely expensive sink, made a dent by hammering the nail in it on the wrong place and literally banged up the whole sink. Said I will need another man to fix the faucet from above, I said you gotta install the RO today and I will provide you not one, but 2 men.When I asked about the warranty, he didn't even know things. Told me that the storage is 9L when the storage is 7.5L etc etc.When I was asked to sign the installation, I noticed that there is a checklist for the technician, and he had not filled even a SINGLE criteria.NOTHING AT ALL.What a horrible start !
