This is my first front loader. I've used it for a while and I can tell you this is awesome! It is super silent and the vibrations are very minimal if not hard to notice. It has all the washing modes a front loader can have. In case you are curious, the Monsoon mode is used for washing rain soaked clothes that smell. I particularly liked the Drum Clean mode. It makes it a bit easier to maintain the machine. The size is just right. The grey color looks great! The quality of the machine is superb!Using a trolley will allow you to move this machine whenever you need to clean the floor area of the machine or to make adjustments to the machine when issues come up. Besides it protects the machine from external water leakages. But it is important to use a quality stand for this purpose or else you risk damaging the machine through excessive vibrations! Do note that Bosch doesn't recommend a stand as it will void the warranty. If you have voltage problems, it's a must to install a stabilizer or spike guard. Installing a water filter is important as some particles may enter the machine making it difficult to maintain it. Always use a tap connection that has a water pressure up to 8 liters per minute. The rubber seal on the entrance needs to be wiped clean to prevent mold formations. If necessary, use white vinegar to clean the seal as it is helpful in removing odor and mold formations. Keep the door open for a few hours once the washing is done. This allows the moisture to dry within the drum. Finally, follow your manufacturer's instructions on the machine's usage and maintenance. This will lengthen the life of your machine.After a lot of research, I've found that in general, the technology used in all front loaders including Bosch isn't perfect. In fact, several cases are pending against front load machine manufacturers in the U.S. for continuing to use this imperfect technology as this has not made consumer's life easier. Now you might wonder what this is all about! It's all about maintenance! There are many issues that are caused by manufacturing defects. These front loaders get mold formation easily plus some people have even reported drum issues like rusting! Improper maintenance on the part of the owners will also lead to these issues. Beware that the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) can be damaged by rough or improper handling of the machine's controls (Buttons & Dial). Power spikes and low voltages in India are the biggest reasons why majority of the owners are affected by burnt PCBs. Replacing the PCB is very expensive (Costs Rs. 10,000 in India!). This is seriously high maintenance! The deal breaker is that it is cheaper to buy a new machine instead of repairing the existing machine (in case of a drum issue)! What I am trying to say is that you must be very careful on the maintenance aspect. Check for any defects in your machine in order to avoid any maintenance headaches in the future. I am aware of the issues plaguing the front loaders and so should you. Remember irrespective of all these issues, front loaders clean the best and are easy to use.If you are looking for an excellent front loader, Bosch is the one for you!ADDITIONAL INFORMATION======================The 6 kg Bosch models are imports (at the time of this writing this review). As a result they incur high maintenance costs (especially PCBs). The good news is that the 7 kg Bosch models are made in India! I'm surmising that the PCB cost and other costs of these machines may be low due to localization!DESCALING THE MACHINE=====================Descaling is a simple process. However make sure to use only a FRONT LOAD MACHINE descale powder! Empty a 100 g descale powder in the detergent drawer and run the longest wash MODE with the temperature set between 40 C - 50 C. The drum should be empty during the whole process. Once the cycle is completed, run the RINSE MODE and upon completion, the descaling is done!24 MONTHS UPDATE AS OF 26/06/2018================================It has been 2 years since I bought this machine. All this while I used a trolley as I needed to move the machine whenever necessary. Despite using the trolley, I did not have a single issue to date.As per Bosch Official Site, the tub is plastic. The tub and drum are separate parts. The plastic tub houses the metal drum. So don't be confused thinking that the tub and drum are one and the same. I have uploaded a generic picture for your reference.I made a blunder by using a semi-automatic descale powder instead of a front load descale powder! To make the matter worse I ran the DRUM CLEAN MODE which is a hot wash! As a result, the unauthorised descale covered the drum thereby masking the shine and new look! It is very stubborn and hard to remove and so I left it as it is. The good thing is only the look was affected but not the wash quality! So if you avoid making this blunder, you will not have a single issue with this machine! To put it simply, this is a brilliant machine!QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS======================Got questions? Product is good. Delivery and installaion is ok. But one issue is that whatever slno put in the invoice and in the machine is different. This was noted after the installaion is over. This was informed to flipkart and they told that they will look into that. After some reminder they told that photo of the slno in the machine is required. That also send. After 2 to 3 reminder customer support manager called and asked that the machine is used or not. By this time 3 weeks over. I told yes it started using. Then he tild that now he cannot do anything. I want to tell that during any of the convesation or email it was not told that I have to keep the machine without using it. I purchased this not for show piece. Such a irresponsible response is not expected from flupkarr. My issue was not yet solved.

Have bought this machine in may beginning, and after using this machine felt the buy is value for money and worth buying bosch. No sound at all. washes clothes cleanly, no stains of detergent. no tearing of the clothes as i was experiencing in my previous washing machine. The only issue i found is on the demo and installation process. didnt get the timely assistance from bosch. we waited for 5-6 days for the demo and installation. VIVEK's guys called me 2-3 times whether the demo is done or not. Rest everything is fantastic. loved the experience of using the machine myself when wife is not around. only effort which will consume your energy is to hang-drying the clothes.

About the product, I will rate 5 star, I purchased this product on 26th Sep 2017, The product is good to go as per My knowledge, Correct me if I am wrong, Here are some steps to know before the usage, 1) I contacted the BOSCH customer care regarding the stand usage (trolley) they shared suggestion please don't use, 2) Reason is the machine rpm is 1200, If stand is used it will affect performance because of its vibration and warranty is void, 3) Please place the machine on the floor in one place with out shaking, 4) Please don't try to move the machine, fix it to one place, Here are few steps to take care of the Machine, 1) Don't leave the detergent in side the tray after washing, 2) Leave the door and detergent tray open to dry after wash, 3) If required use the rinse option in an empty drum to clean once in a month, 4) Use descaling agent once in six month and choose drum clean option to clean the drum,

I am using this machine since 2nd Jan 2018. I know a lot of pros and cons. Pros- solid built Cheap price Bosch reputation and assurance Top notch washing quality Almost nil vibration Too less noise(almost silent) Less water consumption (it's also a con for wash quality and detergent amount). Low power consumption. Superior looks CONS- TAKES LESS WATER FROM INLET, SO IT NEEDS MORE DETERGENT IN RETURN. EITHER U PUT CLOTHES PRESOAKED IN WATER OR ADD MORE WATER FROM DETERGENT DRAWER DRUM IS NOT STAINLESS STEEL, THE COATING MAY WEAR OFF AND IT MAY GET RUSTED LATER AFTER 8-10YEARS. SO BETTER DONT USE ANY HARSH DRUM CLEANER. NO PRE-WASH. It's not a con actually. 7KG WASHING CAPACITY MODE IS ONLY FOR COTTON THAT TAKES 2 HRS, SO ITS TAKING HELL LOT OF TIME. OTHER LESS WASHING CAPACITY MODES ALLOW ONLY 3.5 AND 4KG WITH MIN 30MIN AND APPROX 1HR TIME DURATION RESPECTIVELY. THANK YOU.

This Machine is made like a gun!!! Very strong and sturdy and I got the very first impression of this at time of delivery ( would be explaining later ). Today the installation guy came and he installed and we had our first wash cycle done and I must say it cleans clothes much much better than Semi and other Top loading Fully automatic machines. Now I would like to give some guidelines for the prospective buyers : 1. Many people here were complaining about error code E17 being encountered while using their machine, which results to incomplete washing cycle. This error comes due to less water pressure available , so inorder to confirm the water pressure you should be able to fill a 1 litre bottle within 5-7 seconds from the water inlet. If it fails to fill DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE and waste your time. 2. No Stand or Trolley required. 3. On the day of delivery make it sure that any of the gents members from your family are available and also the delivery guys are healthy enough. My Experience: I was not there at the time of delivery and my house is at first floor. Delivery guys (2) were very lean , this Machine is very heavy it weighs around 70+ Kgs, they had a tough time getting it in and my wife called the driver also to help them , while bringing it through the staircase machine met with a hit in corner and with a small gate present there. Carton got torn at 2 palaces . To our suprise one part was okay but other part thats near the operation console and knob a inch long scratch is there. It gives me heart ache on seeing that scratch ( no option to upload photo else I would have uploaded a pic of the damage ) but am okay with that and I don't want those delivery guys to get into trouble coz it's not their fault actually those guys were not meant to lift such heavy machines at all. Thats the reason am reducing One Star from my rating submitted. Summary : Bought it for 26000 Big Billion Sale and am happy with this machine. One request to Flipkart please do send some healthy people for delivering such heavy appliances, we are putting our hard earned money to buy such big appliances from you people , so we can expect atleast this much courtesy in return.
