5 Stars for Product. This is second order of MV3 for my parents. Product is too good. VFM Problem is with transit. Poor handing by courier. And expect delivery is very high. Order and returned with replacement since broken The replaced product also broken. No meaning in replacement again, since it will take another 15 days. One of worst experience in Flipkart. Dear seller please use a video logistics we are even ready to shed another few more bucks for a good product. Highly disappointed with courier...

Very good suction power but accessories are very basic. There is no switch on the pipe handle which makes it very irritating to on and off. Accessories are very very basic and not much thought has been put in designing those for ergonomics. Shape of vaccum pipe holder is irritating as it is straight instead of a bend at top. Every one will be forced to buy accessories.

The Vacuum Cleaner is good and powerful.But the real fact behind is:Frequently we have to keep buying the Dust Collection bag.Its a poor quality paper, once its filled with dust, we cannot clean it. we have to buy new one.The Cartridge also, getting dirty very fast, after few washing it will be unusable and we have to buy a new one.Its same like a car air-filter.If you are ready to buy the consumables, you can go for this machine.I just returned this machine back. Amazon service is great and fast and very good customer care response.

 i bought this product during the amazon prime deal more than a month back.got it for 4600 Rs because of the prime offer(5800) and 15% discount on hdfc card+ amazon pay balance cash back 200Rs(20% cash back). this product makes my daily work very easy. it is easy to use and you can even teach your maid to clean your house and the vacuum from inside._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________PROS:1) dual use for both wet and dry cleaning2) comes with all the necessary equipment3) delivered on time and was very well packed with no damage4) suction power is good enough for cleaning bathrooms, artificial grass outdoors, for picking up dried leaves and flowers in garden, cleaning curtains,etc5) it provides good capacity of around 15 litres to suck water. easy to remove and clean without any trouble6) comes with a paper bag and 1 round filter to filter the dust .both of them are easy to remove and clean7) great product design and nice color________________________________________________________________________________________________________________CAUTION :1) PLEASE REMOVE THE PAPER BAG AND THE ROUND FILTER WHEN DOING WET VACUUM OTHERWISE IT WILL BECOME USELESS.2)THE ROUND FILTER SHOULD NOT BECOME WET BECAUSE IT IS ONLY TO BE USED FOR DRY VACUUM. NEVER USE IT FOR WET VACUUM I MADE THIS MISTAKE AND MY ROUND FILTER HAS TORN (SEE TORN PICTURE IMAGE)_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE ROUND FILTER:1)in case the round filter gets wet allow it to dry completely before using it again but not in direct sunlight( the filter is made of thick paper)2) clean it gently with a brush and you can soak it in liquid soap water and allow it to dry.3) dont try to squeeze the round filter in order to try removing the water . biggest mistake that i did.( ALL THE ABOVE PRECAUTIONS WERE EXPLAINED TO ME BY THE COMPANY ENGINEER AFTER HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE ROUND FILTER)________________________________________________________________________________________________________________CONS:1) the wire of the vacuum cleaner could have been longer________________________________________________________________________________________________________________TRICK FOR THE PAPER BAG: to reuse the paper bag without any problem remove the brown tape from one end and put around 8-10 U-pin. and use the u-pin end to empty the bag.————————————————————UPDATE(3rd december 2017):the paper bag lasted only for 2-3 months(see torn paper bag image ).Buying paper bags regularly for the vacuum doesn’t make sense because it will end up being very expensive. ALTERNATIVE OPTION: RODAK cloth bag which is reusable is available on amazon >it is washable and should easily last for a year or two >hence cheaper option .
