I used to have a Eureka Forbes version of this which was quite good until the battery died out and Forbes could not replace it. Jumped at the chance to pick up this one from karcher, but have to say I'm very disappointed. The battery charge lasts for 10 minutes at the most and is nowhere as efficient as the Forbes product was. Lack of power, noisy wheels and the absence of steering make it a clunky, slow product. Even the dustpan disposal is inconvenient as you have to tilt open the top lid with the stick handle still attached. It could have been a slide out tray instead like in the Forbes. Stay away fro this product. I do not recommend it at all.

Bought this product from Karcher at a different website and I found the product to be easy to assemble and use. The cordless broom is quite handy and very robust and reliable. I found only two disadvantages - 1) Every bout of battery recharge lasts only for 20-25 minutes although the same suffices for our purpose of a 2BHK flat.2) The battery roughly requires 3 hour to recharge and there is no way to know if the battery is fully recharged. Karcher would have done good to have provided a green light to signal full charge of the battery. All in all the product is very good and reliable.

This by far the worst electric sweeper I have bought,Cons1.Very poor battery life(charging time -over 10hrs2.Poor design, heavy base and a thin handle, difficult to manuver3.Does not pick up smaller particles easily, you have to run it over 3-4 times before it catches it4.Very difficult to do corners, since the bristle is almost in the center5.Only one bristle provisioning6.Low quality plastic7.Nickle cadium batteries, dosent last very long8.Its price cannot be justifiedPros (its only one and its best feature)1.The largest dust pan inits classThe swivel sweeper max which is almost half the price is over ten times more efficient , its only down side is its small dust pan , but unlike here,the dust can be emptied with the press of a buttton without having to use your hands,My aunt was struggling with this , hence I exchanged my swivel max with this and now I am struggling with it,I didnt expect this from Kracher , especially after seeing the product videos and reviews(I had bought this since she needed a substitute foe her robo sweeper ,to do corners and other other difficult to reach areas, it is more of a hassle than a boon, atleast in my case)
