UPDATE ( 28/12/2017 ) : Its almost 1 Year that I am using this speaker and I must say that its freaking awesome. Still going good, have no issues till date. I am using it least 10-12 hours/week and I haven't noticed any reduction in quality. Only point of concern is its price tag.If you are getting it for around 5000-5500, then only go for it, else go for Flip 4.I am increasing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars now.NOTE:@ This speaker has 2x8 watt units, which can fill a 150 sq.ft of room ONLY.# Remember this before purchasing it.@ Battery Life on 50% volume is more than 10 hours, but on 100% it hardly lasts 4 Hours.@ It is NOT 360 degree speaker, so keep the unit with speakers facing front for Best Results.After using it for 4 Months following are the observations,1) It gives rich and premium quality sound output.# Not too Loud.2) Has good grip and Built Quality is Great.3) Its very Easy to Operate.4) Bass is just FINE and Lows & Mids are GREAT.# Speaker Does NOT Distort at 100% Volume which is good thing.# As the size of room increase, effect of Bass will drop down.5) Charges within 2 hours with 2 Amp charger.# Lasts more than 10 hours on 50% volume and 4 hours on 100% volume.6) It has Battery intensity(LED Dots) & Low battery indicator.# Led's flash RED.# You can use the speaker while charging it.7) Bass Radiator has its effect on bass & it looks AWESOME when speakers is in play.8) It is ONLY Splash proof, as I have used it around my pool many times.9) JBL connect app is just awesome.# I have 4 jbl speakers with connect app in the house, & I connect all at once and Enjoy Supreme Audio Experience.10) Finally you get an APP to customize device name,etc.# Its Not of much use.Cons:1) Speaker feels Bit Heavy comparing other competitors like UE roll, etc.2) Biggest problem is, when you stream the music via Internet, then you get Bad Quality output.# Though it depends on internet speed, but I have 10 mbps network, still face that problem.3) Battery backup at 100% volume is disappointing. Hardly 4 hours.4) Left side of padding seems to be LOSE within 3 months and I am experiencing BIT Distortion.5) Sound Output is NOT upto the mark.6) NOT a 360 degree Sounding speaker, unlike UE range.7) Finally, considering the the period its being out in market, Prices are High.VERDICT:Considering the features and quality you get, Purchase this Speaker ONLY if its priced under 6500 rupees. I got it in Lightening Deal at 5500 rupees( including SBI cashback offer), so its a Worth product for me.Still I insist better wait and go for flip 4 which is waterproof or else invest some more and go for UE series or High ends of JBL speakers.Thank You for Reading this Review.

I've been using this product since October 2016.The listening experience is quite well but not as good as BOSE soundlink mini. Although it has a rich base.But the saddest part is that the right side internal speaker has developed a noise distortion, recently. I've tried to contact JBL customer care regarding the problem several times but it takes ages for them to reply and I'ven't got any positive response from them yet.In terms of after sales service I really don't recommend JBL.
