Stopped working exactly on the 12 the day of purchase ,the funniest part is I don't use it much also just used it for 2 times . I called amazon support and they showed me the door out stating that its out side the return policy of 10 days. They dint have any details regarding where the service center is either. They simply asked me to check the warranty card and find if any address or number is given in that ....at last 500 RS wasted through amazon.Amazon is not fit to buy electronics stuff for sure .You can buy other stuff like shoes and apparels but a big nooooo for electronics .You will surely burn your fingers during the 3rd purchase because you always get good service if your the first or second time buyer.

This trimmer is very good and Wahl is US brand. After using a Panasonic trimmer for years which had inbuilt battery I was looking for a trimmer with external battery. The advantages are you can use either rechargeable or alkaline AA batteries (two batteries). Since I already had a rechargeable batteries and charger it was easy. Now I don't have to worry about replacing the inbuilt battery as I can get the AA batteries for 12 RS from any shop when traveling if I happen to not forgot to carry my rechargeable batteries. This is one of the best feature and it works great too. You can get 2 AA rechargeable batteries and charger for 200 RS and I bought this trimmer for 470 Rs and the total is 670 Rs, for this price you won't find a cordless trimmer with such great quality.Don't get fooled by other bad reviews left by other buyers, either they are using old batteries or inserting the batteries wrongly they should check the polarity of the batteries. My old panasonic trimmer was good but I bought it for Rs.2000 after 4 years the battery and adapter has gone bad. I have chosen this model after considering the flaws in my old trimmer. Now I don't have to worry about charging my trimmer if I need to use it immediately I would go for alkaline batteries but so far I am using 2 AA rechargeable 950 mah nimh batteries and the run time was more than enough for a thick beard trimming.Some people go for rechargeable trimmers, I have nothing against it but with this wahl trimmer you have 2 options and I am satisfied with the productproscordless, can use either rechargeable or alkaline batteries and don't have to worry about replacing adapter or inbuilt battery if they happen to go bad.consnothing so far

The trimmer does what it promises. It is easy to trim or style your mustache or your beard. The accessories provided also make it easier to clean and maintain. Wahl is an American company and this trimmer is much cheaper than other trimmers like Philips.P.S:- I got this for around 550 bucks in an offer.

The hair that grows back after trimming with Wahl is always soft (other trimmers have roughned my otherwise soft beard). I have previously used costly trimmers like Philips and cheap ones like Nova for years. One that immediately made the difference is this Wahl trimmer. At this price its a steal. It uses 2 batteries so its as powerful as is needed to trim the toughest beards (compared to the single battery trimmers which seem to pull hair if its too thick). Also I always prefer trimmers which accept any batteries than those in-built battery rechargeable ones (I hate it when they start whining after half of the shaving is done). In a nutshell even if this is going to be your first trimmer of your life, after buying it I am sure you will look no further. Satisfied.
