Hi All, Today I received the product. First of all let me tell you that I bought this product after about 1 month analysis on trimmers as I love to keep my beard trimmed rather clean shaving it. So its necessary to have a trimmer. I bought this product for Rs. 2517 + Freebie (Nivea Shaving Foam & Balm). If you need to buy any trimmer always go online after having a good look of that product at any shop. The reason is, for any retail shop they hardly give any discounts for grooming products. I came to know this from Reliance Digital. I was getting the same product for Rs. 3590 in Reliance Digital. About Delivery: Hats off to flipkart. I placed the order on 16th October at 10.10 am. Got the delivery on 17th October 3.50 pm. About he product: First of all the full product Code is QG3383/15. Strangely the flipkart customer care dont have the information about it. They just know that it is QG3383. If you tally the product with QG3383 in philps website you will notice that its QG3383/16. One attachment extra with QG3383/16 i.e., Precision foilshaver, And the attachments doesnt look alike. So dont go by QG3383/16 as probably it is not available in India (Not sure. Read in a review here) About QG3383/15: In the box: 1. Bodygroom shaver 2. Detail trimmer 3. Nose trimmer 4. Full-size metail guard trimmer 5. Body trimming comb 6. Beard & moustache comb 7. Detail & eyebrow comb For the above 7 attachments it got to be called 7 in 1. There is also 1 nylon pouch, 1 charger, 2 year warranty card, 1 year warranty card, user information about how use different attachment, another paper with do's and dont's The quality of the product is very mediocre. The body is of plastic and while attaching the combs it feels like it may break any time. Apart from this the product looks descend. Actually this one seems like the best if you consider the batter backups in this range. Moreover there are not many trimmers in the market which is good and within the budget. So I would suggest to go for it rather than buying a trimmer with battery backup like that of QG3343 (35 min backup for 600 min of charging). About the details in Flipkart: Come on flipkart...you can do better than this. I did every possible things to rectify the mistakes about the product but no help. I called up the customer care, mailed them but still the mistakes are there. Basically the details which they have provided is neither of QG3383/15 nor QG3383/16. The first pic of the actual trimming machine is correct, the second pic of all in the box items with the pouch is correct, the pic of the box is correct. The main confusion they have created by giving the 4th pic. They have shown the detail foil shaver. Which comes with the higher version of this product. This is not correct. And they have blindly copy pasted the details from other trimmer: "Easily Washable: The Washable Steel Blades can be Easily Detached and Rinsed Under the Tap for Easy Cleaning. Just Make Sure to Dry It Before You Put It Back on the Appliance" ---- as per the user manual it is fully waterproof and it can be used during bath. "Head to Toe Grooming Kit: This Turbo-powered Kit with Full Metal Trimmer; Body Shaver; body Trimmer; Hair-clipping Combs and Other Adjustable Combs;" --- there is no hair-clipping comb So I would suggest if the foil shaver is not your main requirement then definitely go for this product. My buying experience from Flipkart is as below: 1. Product Information available: Rating- Excellent The product information available on Flipkart is complete and informative in most aspects. Here i would like to add that as compared to other online websites, Flipkart was the only one which had the maximum genuine customer reviews available which in turn helped buyers like me to take a decision on buying the product. 2. Product Quality: Rating- Good The product and accessories received were as described on the website. The product looks great, the accessories/ attachments however look a little delicate and one gets the feeling that if you apply a little bit of extra pressure while fixing/placing the attachment, it might lead to breakage. 3. Product Usage: Rating- Average The major grudge is that there is no detailed user manual available because of which i have been unable to use the product. There are a good no. of attachments that have come with the product and until and unless you don't educate the customer on "How to use", first time Trimmer buyers would find the going extremely difficult. I even visited the Philips website to extract some useful information, but to my surprise the details on this product are not available at all. Post this, i called the Philips consumer helpline to which they responded that it will take another 15-20 days for them to update the details of the product. Come on Philips.... How can you allow selling of a product without a user manual. They have now asked me to go to a Philips service center in my city to get a demo of the same which is disappointing. Hope this information is helpful.

first of all, dont think it is qg3383/16. the model you will get from flipkart ,will be qg3383/15. description of this model is not available on philips website. the difference between 2 models is only the less content in model 15. model 16 has 2 extra contents- (1) a basestand for keeping all attachments and trimmer (2) a detail foil shaver you will get all the contents shown by flipkart in images in model 15. overall product is ver nice, handy, battery is excellent.

Good buy though, disappointing that in philips web site no where you can find the product by name QG3383. i wanted to register this product online and claim 1 year additional warranty. spent quit amount of time to find QG3383, it was futile. i am happy with the product. would like to use for few month and then write detailed review.

dont bother buying this wn i received this the packaging looked like it survived a bombing detail nose trimmer is in the pics bt u receive a normal tube nose trimmer premium pouch , u cn forget cuz they gv sm fkn 5rs worth pouch like u get for cheap sunglasses , the trimmer works fine bt i checked its website nd compared to that it looks like a cheap copy ! the most annoying thing is they have shown in the pic d attachments and they do not provide the same if u see like 80 % of ppl are unhappy about this rest are obviously fake just to promote this they hv written good things idiots!!!! my suggestion is flipkart is losing it they have started selling cheap products and why always they provide horrible packaging ? its like dnt pay for it ? they give as if they doing big favor and only once i have received in 3 days , my suggestion go into showrooms check the stuff by urself then buy stuff here and if u find that there is anything wrong in the stuff u bought return it asap ! flipkart plz learn that ur customers are not fucking stupid !and i returned this product cuz i did not received the attachments as shown and typed and they said their team is working on it and still its been like almost 8 months or smthng still i have not received any explanation as they said they wld ! plzzzzzzzz dont buy this !! there has to be smthng wrong and this new "seller" thing is sooo fkn cheap its almost like they are cheating u dont get to know wt the price in ur area till u fkn sign in ! fuck u flipkart
