The toaster works, there is no problem in that.
However somehow I felt a little let-down by this toaster. I debated a lot before buying because there were so many toasters available at much lesser rates but wanted to buy a quality branded product and hence bought this Prestige brand toaster.
But it feels quite plasticky and light-weight - like it will easily break. My previous Philips toaster "felt" much better built and sturdier.
So far, I haven't been able to get consistent toast out of it - sometimes the same setting leaves it white, sometimes over-toasted. Most of the time, I set it to 2 or something and put it in again after it pops out and manually press Cancel half-way in the second cycle to get it medium-toasted.

This is the replaced item. The earlier had power issue. Replacement policy is good. Now coming to the quality and performance. The toaster is light and the body is insulated with a plastic/fibre casing, the quality of plastic is not that good. Finishing is ok (3.5/5). Heating is instant and doesn't take much time (4/5). Overall nice product at a reasonable price.
