Good Product, but aweful customer service.

Product is good, but after sales service from the brand is bad.
I had been using it for 6 months and it suddenly stopped working.
There is supposed to be a 2 year brand warranty on it, but the customer care number is always busy and can not place any complaint.
Absolute rubbish!

I was travelling when this was delivered and missed the 10 day return window to return this defective toaster. It does not work at all, and I cant even press down the side bar to keep the toasts down as it wont stay. I cannot return it, and have been trying to find a service centre in Delhi - there are only 3 centres, and none are easy to reach, and getting a new toaster repaired is my nightmare at the moment!
Substandard and defective product which stops working in few months !

This toaster was delivered with a defective ( broken) plug and it does not work. I need to take this from one plug point to another to get the connection. Now it stopped working in few months time. I have no clue as to what to do with this piece of junk . Will Amazon take some responsibility for selling such a substandard product ? I hope it does. What do I do now and where do I run around with this product which does not work ?
