NO SERVICE IN CHENNAI

Hi,
Im from chennai i bought Sollatek Fridge-Stab-450M Voltage Stabilizer and after 1 month its not working and i called customer care they said in chennai no service center, so send it to bangalore. i need to pay for package charges. so kindly think and buy this product.

33 days i bought this product and i bought it after going through the reviews. Reviews are good but after 33 days it stopped working and when i called for service flipkart people gave some ZANTARMANTAR address which belongs to software company. After i called the Solatek service and found there are no authorized service center in Hyderabad. Then they gave me a address in KOTI troop bazar which is 29 kms from my place. The service from flipkart in providing good products was a failure and failed in providing correct service centers also.
stabiliser for hassle free use

recently i bought this product thinking my frig would give better performance.for decades i have used all equipment without stabiliser and none of the equipment has ever been damaged.to use this stabilser u have to constantly moniter because when power fluctuates machine gets switched off till u manually switch it on.unattended stabilser cannot be used,as the frig remained off every night i use this stab.

I had recently shifted to my new flat that provides Generator backup. Unfortunately, when the generator switches on during power supply failure, it is not able to bear the load of my 300 litre refridgerator. This resulted in repeated switching-on and switching-off and imagine the damage to the compressor.
So, all these days, we had to manually switch off the refridgerator, wait for 3 minutes, then switch it back on (when the load is stable). Imagine the pain when the supply went off during midnight.
I heard about this solution (although from a different brand)from one of my neighbours. Searched in Flipkart, and found this to be the only "In-stock" product (which goes to show the importance of these in today's world).
Flipkart, as always, have again impressed me with their service, and the product reached me within 3 working days (as against the 5 working days committed). And since then, this product has been performing great.....imagine all those harrasment just flying out of our lives.
Just hope this product lasts long, since there are no service centers for this product in Kolkata.
Overall, a great purchase, and I would recommend it to others.
