Ordered the product during the SALE on 12th August, for 31,500 /- got the delivery on 19th August, yes, that's nearly a week, that was a bit disappointing! I have used the TV for a week now. Here is my take: Pros * Manufatured by Panasonic in India * Service and installation provided by Panasonic India * Good IPS panel, color reproduction is good, a bit too bright for night viewing, but that can be adjusted by lowering the Backlight, given in settings, which is a huge relief (I bought this TV after confirming that V* does not have this option, was so torn apart in my decision making between V* or this model) * HD channels (videos) simply amazing, SD not so great, but hey, don't buy a FHD or 4k TV and complain about SD channels * Sound is loud, bass depth is not there, but definitely better than the Mi***max or other lower priced TVs even at higher volumes there is no hiss or vibration from the speakers (do'nt know why other reviews are negative, maybe its only my TV) * USB feature simply amazing you can enable subtitles and select audio tracks if the movie on your drive is encoded with multiple audio tracks. Mp3's work and JPEG slide shows as well, you can turn OFF the display when playing Mp3s, for me that was a winner in the USB department, rest assured if you are into torrenting, 99% of your downloads will work on USB on this TV * The table mounts are simply beautiful they sport a brushed metal finish, bezels on the TV are thin and elegant, can't ask for more in the style/design department * Remote basic and quiet handy not like the others in which they just elongate the shape to make it feel premium, but this one does the same job, without being pretentious * Decent UI, basic but not too stupid, does the job Cons: * Yes, Black parts in the video appear a bit washed out. * The TV does 60 Hertz, not that it is bad, just that probably 120hz was the way to go, Yes there is not much post processing in the TV * Yes the bezels shake/wobble a bit in some places. Build quality is satisfactory because if you look at the quality at the back of this TV and compare it to lower priced TVs you will just laugh at the execution and materials used in other lower priced TVs * Transitions while playing JPEG slideshows are just too basic and jittery * Whenever you make changes in the Picture settings these will be reset after POWER OFF, i.e changes can't be saved in memory * Sleep timer is there but no in built clock feature * Pathetic wall mount from Sanyo, I did not go with it * When you select INPUT you have to manually scroll in between sources, if the same button could cycle in between sources it would have been better Last thoughts: * On a budget ? Look no further in 2017, maybe 4k is 3 or more years away in India, don't fall for that trap and waste your money * Was torn apart with confusing choices in the market for lower priced 49 inch FHD TVs, this one does not make you go WOW!, but definitely puts a SMILE on your face which is that of being content and satisfied of having your money's worth. Go for it at 31,500/- or less .....

Poor It's an VFM product don't think much guys Go for it Because it has 2 years warranty and lots of service centers in india Sanyo is an good product than vu And please buy a good sound bar or 2.1 or 5.1 speaker with this I bought f&d t200 for this tv
