Good tv overall nice contrast ratio but some problems with sound which can be fixed with minor adjustments on the menu. the sports mode is Great, the number of hdmi ports give you more connectivity overall great exerience

Awesome picture and sound quality.

Received a faulty product.. but flipkart replaced it with a new one

There seems to be some basic problem with the 'Smart' feature of this TV. I received a brand new TV from flipkart and the problems started.
The technicians who were supposed to install and setup the tv... have no clue on how to fit a screw.. forget about operating a smart tv. After raising a compliant, another guy visited and fixed it.
When I tried to open any of the apps in the 'Smart' tv, it always says 'Smarthub' is being updated'. Not sure what that means. I waited for a week and raised a complaint with Samsung.
Another technician turned around this time and as soon as he did a factory reset, it just got struck at Country setting screen.. He tried for few minutes and told that there might be a problem with software or hardware.. (not sure why there would be problem with a brand new tv).
I raised a return request for the tv. One of their customer care executive has called me and informed me that they will return if they cant rectify the problem.. and someone will call me in 48 hours.... will have to wait and see how it goes.
My entire experience with Flipkart is pathetic this time... Though there were some better offers in other sites, I trusted flipkart brand and this experience is making me think again...
Update
I have received a replacement for the TV and this one seems to be working fine. All the apps are opening out of the box and rest looks good too.
