Don't buy Philips products, Service is terrible. Installed Led in slanting manner. Tried to call up for second installation for last one month, but nobody never turned up. I booked call and they cancelled it repeatedly. At last I had done it by some local mechanic by paying from my pocket. very very very poor service. never buy Philips product.
Really poor quality TV

Most important, the sound from USB is so low that it is impossible to watch a movie. Impossible.
So, I connected the audio out to my amp, and the socket is defective. Only one channel works.
Flimsy build. I bought 3 AOC TVs for my hospital recently and they were 15K for 32" and they are better in every respect.
Crappy TV. Lets see if Flipkart honors their 30 day money back policy. I have been their customer since they started and have maybe 30-40 orders with them. First complaint, so let me see what they do.
Good product at a decent price

I was a little sceptical of this purchase but after the I've used it for more a month now. I am happy to recommend this TV to anyone. As usual good service from fl flip kart. They also go to the extent of logging the delivery status and schedule the service visit for installation. The TV was installed on the very first day the product was delivered.
All basic TV functions are available including USB movie functions. One can play movies ( support all formats), songs, images, etcetera.
All in all good TV at this price point. Go for it.
Sheer waste of money

Very disappointed with the product and equally disappointing flipkart's service in addressing the issue.
The Philips 24PFL3938 58 cm (23) LED TV is nothing but a waste of money.
- very poor sound quality (just like 1950's tiny radio sets; a cheap chinese phone would have a better quality).
- horrible interface and software control.
- cheap and poor built quality and absurd placement of USB/HDMI and other ports.
- unstable desk stand without adequate support provided to hold the TV upright.
and the worst part was flipkart's response that 'all Philips TVs are of such quality'.
Just avoid buying this piece of cheap plastic.

Having earlier bought low value items on Flipkart, I was initially hesitant of making a big ticket purchase. Fortunately everything turned out fine. The delivery was well before time. The packaging was excellent. The Philips person came on the same day evening to install the TV and explain the various features.
Pros - 1. Excellent picture quality. Deep blacks and no ghost images.
2. Multiple ports like HDMI, Audio Out give lots of options. The video playback feature from the USB is a nice plus for a TV at this price.
3. Sound quality is comparable to other LCD TVs. Moreover, you can connect to external speakers.
Cons - Build. It is very light and seems to be frail. I think I will fix it to the wall to be on the safe side.

TV is ok with basic features.but defntly, it will not make you WOW.Big con is that the audio level is very poor for USB connectivity.also, if we connect external speakers there is no output.When we called for Service checking, philips service team said that USB and external speaker connectivity is not good for this model.If anyone is facing similar issues, help me out if you have any fixes for the problems.

Dark spot in left down corner and right side. Defective product. Picture & sound quality is poor specially in standard view. I choose Philips by its Brand Image but they need lot to do, to retain its image. Hope to replace with new piece by company.
