After suffering previously with Flipkart service, and assurance provided by them, I thought to give another chance and buy this TV from Flipkart. But but but this time Flipkart crossed the all the limits of providing worst service. They delivered the product on time, but a faulty one, It lasted only for 10 days and after that only sound is coming from the TV without any picture. Flipkart doesn't trust on the customers and thus scheduled a technician visit from Panasonic. The technician visited and submitted that the unit is faulty one and need to be replaced, but then started the game, a game of request raising and scheduling a technician visit and rejecting the request. In 5 days time span, 5 times the request is raised and rejected.
Now would strongly recommend not to buy anything from Flipkart. Flipkart doesn't have any trust on their customer's words, so I suggest that don't trust Flipkart and go for other E-Commerce sites for Online shopping.
I am writing this feedback out of frustration and pain that I am going through after raising a replacement request for this TV. Flipkart doesn't provide any status update. There is lot of communication gap between Flipkart and their service providers. Pathetic and worst site for shopping.

When I read comments posted by some of the owners , I realised a lot of them gave lower ratings just because they expected a smart TV and this model isn't.
This TV can only act as a Chromecast at best and nothing more. This information is given on the company website quite clearly as well as on Flipkart. I would say, do your research before giving negative ratings because honestly, this TV is nothing short of spectacular.
First things first, it's a 4k panel producing brilliant HD content. For the price of 35k, there is nothing out there from any of the other high street brands. I have had a great experience with Panasonic products and first impressions on this TV are top notch. I never wanted a smart TV as I already have Chromecast and Fire stick. The picture clarity is amazing and it produces vivid colour with deep blacks. It would be a crime to watch anything less than HD on this TV. Refresh rates are on par. I streamed some high quality content from YouTube and surely looked impressive. Sound and build quality are acceptable. Looks are also pretty good.
I got delivery and installation the very next day from the date of placing order - which was quite interesting. My only concern in this was the guy who installed it. The technician from Jeeves ( I suppose ) had absolutely no regards for the way he handled this delicate piece of hardware. Had to tell him that it's not a toy ! Installation was not great at all and otherwise marred my overall experience.
Apart from this , rest entire experience was good. If you want a good quality TV without all the bells and whistles, then go for this model. Also,plz note, this TV maybe of 2017 however date of manufacturing on my box was Feb 2018.
