Installation guy was not conversant with this produc85,probably being a new one.
No ajrmouse,as seen in some of the openbox videos in you tube.
Screen mirror not happening from mygalaxy tab.

Value for money!
I'm impressed with display quality and other smart features. But audio & sound effects is ok and manageable. Some times app quit automatically due to 1 GB RAM and 5 GB available memory.
Using USB mouse you can play amazon and hotstar movies.
4k video is opening but taking little more time. Worth to buy under 30k with 5 star feature tv.

Play store is not working
You tube and applications which has been installed are hanging.
Technician visited multiple times and did troubleshooting, they wasted my time but no luck.
I got the replacement and that has same issue from day 1st, TV is hanging, applications are hanging, Engineer tried his best, called senior engineers but not able to install this TV. It's more than a month and I am not able to use this extra ordinary smart TV.
I can understand why Onida wiped out from the market.

The product quality is very good .
The services provided by onida for installation and demo is poor.
The picture quality is very good.
The remote is of very good as it provide qwerty keyboard on the back side and the remote has chargable battery which don't need to be recharged frequently.

I got defected piece, despite the lapse of week the product still not replaced by flipkart nor my hard earned money is refunded. Very very bad service and response from flipkart.

Just one word... Awesome! I bought this for my flat where I am staying with 3 of my friends, and the tv is really amazing.
Reasons for getting this LED:
1. Best in class picture and sound clarity, the sound quality is the best even you compared with Sony or Samsung. No need of connecting with any other additional device.
2. 3 HDMI, 3 USB, 1VGA, 1 composite and 1 component input.
All ports work well and conveniently located.
3. Best in class remote. In one word I can say it is Key board + Mouse. Qwerty key pad is very useful when I am searching for videos on youtube. Air mouse helps in browsing convenient.
4. I also use the TV for playing games from my Sony playstation and the image and sound quality has taken the experience to a different level altogether.
5. brilliant display even for composite signal(AVI- standard definition)
6. There is slight motion blurr, but is is far better when compared to similar tvs of sony and samsung. If i need to get perfect picture, i need to go for expensive ones, which was not in my mind. The colors are close to true colors (i don't like the over saturated colors of sony which looks artificial and stressful for eyes) the sharpness is good, we get to see the hair strands of actors even in standard definition channels.

Defective product.
Unsatisfied, Irritating, worst customer support.

Right from the day I placed this product I am in problem. Its been almost a week over still my problem is not resolved.
First of all I recieved the returned product from one of the customer because on the TV Box there is someone's invoice copy and also retuned address pasted on it.
But I did not observe on the day of delivery because I am not at home. Delivery guy without asking customers decision he himself opened the product and went.
After 2 days I got the product installed. Its not Full HD tv and the product description is wrongly mentioned by the flipkart. Its just HD ready TV. 1080p option only you wont get it when u play the video in TV.But in mobile you will get the same video for 1080p format. One more issue is as it is already told u its used product. The TV is getting restarted by itself every 2 hours and its very irritating that even after spending 28k I am overall unsatisfactory and dissatisfied. Today is the 8th day over and flipkart still promising me to resolve the issue but they are not doing it. Please take this reviews carefully and decide whether you want to place this order or not. I am not writing this issue because flipkart is trying to escape from this issue no reply for the mails and no call backs from the senior executive as it was promised for me.
