How come people are giving 5 rating when the video quality is so low

I purchased 2 TVs under lightening deal. The video quality so dull after using the Dish HD the video is so pathetic.The bright area is more bright and dark is too dark. Miracast is so slow and there is too much lag with bad quality.USB 3 was missing and also only 2 HDMI ports were there. As I got it for cheap price so instead of returning it i sold it on olx and purchase new VU 55 inch 4k TV from flipkart.Before investing such huge amount please check the details on other site and they purchase as its new company so investing is risky, if you want to buy invest some little amount and get some branded TV instead of purchasing such TV. If any one buying such big TV please make sure you have enough knowledge of HD tv and Android TVs so you can identify the features easily and compare it with other TV on the basis of quality.
Worst brand and customer service

This is worst customer service experience.I had bought the TV in March 2017, and it started giving issues in start of April 2018(boot-up logo is coming repeatedly and it doesn't go to the program screen). My bad luck was it was out of warranty.I raised a service request over the IVRS telephone. I was informed that its out of warranty, so technician visit would be chargeable and it would cost us 1180 including tax. Also, i was told that technician would come to us with all the parts and will check and repair/mount/replace the IC/part that has gone bad.After 2-3 days a technician visited us. He unscrewed the back case of TV. Took few photos of TV and sent to his team on whatsapp. And claimed that mainboard has gone faulty. Shockingly for the first time i am getting to know this type of test/diagnosis.And he took 1200 rupees and went away.I wasn't satisfied with this answer, and tried to reach local technician team to know what exactly made them to think that board is faulty, i got a response saying board was getting heated and technician has prior experience in such cases, and always the main board is faulty! Then i reached out to the main customer service team, but they were clueless, and said wait for new board to arrive for them to replace.After that we have been following up with the local technician team, on when they are getting the board, whats the cost of the board and warranty for that, but to no updates.After multiple follow-ups a senior executive gave us details on price, she told it would be 1800+GST 18%.Now, after 2 weeks to that the board arrived at the local technician team, but they are quoting more than 6000 for the board, but they are not giving any clarity on the warranty for the replacement board.Now, customer care is not responding to my multiple emails, and Technician team have threatened to close the ticket.This is worst experience a customer can have.
Worst & Bad TV

One of the worst & Horrible Experience with this TV.Bought in the Month of Aug 2016 and product was good till the 11th month of its usage.One day while watching the TV, immediately display went off and I couldn’t able to turn it on.Called Customer Care and their Technician Visiting charge is Rs. 1000/- plus applicable GST (If the TV is out of warranty).Thank God, my TV was with in warranty Period and they registered my complaint. After two days of my complaint, technician visited my home and informed us that the mother board is not functioning and requires its replacement. He registered the complaint with Noble Skiodo and they dispatched the mother from Delhi.After two days, technician called me about receipt of mother board from the company.He reached my home for the replacement and shocking for me was that the mother board is packed merely in bubble wrap and it is looking like some old & repaired mother board.Most funniest part of this mother board is different from its earlier one and it is not fitting into the side channels provided with the TV. Some how technician managed to install the mother board with out the side channelsAfter its installation, technician found that HDMI port is was not working in the replaced mother board. Again he registered the complaint with Noble Skiodo for requirement of new mother board with the required side channels.It took another 4 days to get the new set of mother board and the side channel.After installation of second mother board, now the TV is taking almost 4 mins boot.Looking all these problem, now I decided to sell this TV and go for any good branded TV.Now I bought Sanyo 49 Inch LED TV under exchange offer in Flipkart and I got Rs. 9000/- for this Noble Skiodo TV.Guys, please please don’t go for this kind local brands which never serve the customer requirement and they are unprofessional in their business.If you want to lose your valuable earnings, then you can go for this TV
BEST PRODUCT THAT WORTH THE PRICE

I bought this product and used it six to seven months and now i am writing this review. I had bought this tv at a very low price because it was in a lightning deal. it arrived to me in 4 days and the packaging was great. the after sale service to fit the tv was also good. the remote has keyboard and remote sensor and pointer also.the smart tv has 1 gb ram and you can play games directly in tv or connect it through wifi screen mirroring and play big graphics game through mobile or laptop. you can trust on this tv and buy it.
