Synchronisation Issues

The TV has sound synchronisation issues with HD channels. The Audio comes after some time and is not insynch with the video hence the experience of HD channels is bad. I upgraded the software too but the issue continues.

i was told that i have to call LG support for installation of product and they will come and install the same and give demo for such product for free. but these guys are just fooling us.. they just dont want to do their duty as i was told by their customer care executive on booking of demo. they called me and told me it will cost me 500 for installation of product (which i already installed by myself.!) and they refuse to come home for demo of the product.!!
anyway.. the product is good. features are little complicated to understand .. delivery of the product was not made at my home as per mentioned address. i had to go to courier facility to collect my product.
although the product is good and picture quality on standard set top box is far better from expectation.

After 20 days usage i am writing this review. Nice product but not great product, with in this price range this is the best tv.
Coming to the brief review, Picture quality is good, Supporting all kind of USB and Ext HDD's. recording feature is good. supporting all types of video formats, supporting with smart tv app and nscreen apps. finally small disappointment with this tv is SOUND, if u r looking for a best quality of DOLBY digital sounds and sound effects don't purchase this TV. Sound quality is not reached the expectations.

I am using this product from last 1 month. Overall its really good. Great Picture clarity, inter sounds good. True motion function in great.
Smartshare functions have a problem. My zenphone 5 to smart TV miracst connection not working well (Blank Display Problem). True motion function not working in Miracast connection. Other samsung,Micromax devices working well.
Only LG & Samsung smartphone compatible for Wifi-Direct connection with this.
