There is gap between panel and screen on right side...Is this is fault.Picture quality is superb..4 k videos plays very nice and clear...
I requested for return coz of the gap...But Flipkart person and jeevees person called and explain about the issue....And I satisfied with the same....
(Explanation: Most of the LED television have this kind of gap coz of the heating issue )

This was booked on Saturday and was delivered on Monday morning. After 2 hours of delivery, it was installed by third party Vendor.
It is nice, recommendable product from Indian company(Mumbai based).
TV performs good. smooth User Interface, Solid hardware spared and good plastic material.
It is truly is trustworthy. playing 4K videos are so live and vivid.
My decision was good after market analysis for 2 months :)

Cons:
1. 4K picture quality is not good.(Seems like FHD)
2. Viewing Angle problem. (Image is not visible after 130 degree views)
3. Bad Sound clarity.
4. LED panel fitting not good. (Gap between screen and panel)
5. dust Patches issues.
6. Useless Customer Care Service.
My humble request, Please don't buy this TV.

I am going to provide a honest review about this 4k uhd 43 inch tv.
Pros: its very cheaper
Cons: display 2/10
Processing: very slow
Look : worse than china product
Many apps are not supportive
And the main thing that made me to write this review is that, anyhow i accepted this tv though the feature and display was not as per my xpectation, this tv suddenly got shut off only after the second day of delivery and it is in no working condition as of now and after my return request and several follow ups since 4 days the time this tv become an emoty box there is no response from flipkart as well as cloud walker.
So i would request you to not buy this tv, if you really want to waste the money then it is the best option out in the market

CloudWalker 43SU Smart Ultra HD 4K LED TV

TV is good especially considering its price, but the agency which was to install it charged extra money for installation and they took many days to do that. My suggestion to the seller is that they should include the installation fee in the price itself. The person who came for installation could not practically explain the total operations of the TV. Thank God I myself had experience to operate smart TV so I could do it myself. But he did know the installation job well. As far TV it can compete the market well.
