First of all thanks to snapdeal for providing this awesome product on so much less price and also the delivery was superb.Well about the product bass and sound quality is good.The only problem in this product is the provided 3.5mm jack wire which is very short in lenghth.

Not Satisfied with Overall Product

The sound quality is overall good for this product but I bought it mainly to work as a FM player. To my dismay, I am required to connect an antenna to get the FM working. This was never mentioned in the original description of the product.Also the quality of the remote is not at all good. Have to hold it just in-front of the main woofer box to work.
One Major, major Issue with Intex SB IT-2425 Speaker

It works well. The one major defect is that it is very noisy when a mobile phone is used nearby. In these days (mobile-age) it is hard to accept a device sensitive to mobile usage nearby. The manufacturer must upgrade the design/construction so as to eliminate this major issue. Also they must be ready to retrofit the already sold-out speakers. That will boost their image and future business.

The product is good. But the trust is breached . There were 2 items missing in the box. remote control and Battery AAA 2 pc. This is very disappointing. I wish to know what should a consumer do when such things happen when we trust Amazon for quality products and service. Please kindly let me know what shall i do in this case.

I received d product on 6/11/15 and after playing it for 15 days i found d speaker and woofers r not producing d sweet sound as it produced when i received it. One woofer is completely not working. Whereas i handle it carefeully. d product is bad one.
