Please don't go for this router. The previous negative reviews of some of the customers are genuine. I found out by hard way as I purchased this router inspite of bad reviews. The worst one on flipkart. Wifi distance coverage too is not good. Please avoid purchase of this item.
Decent Product from Dlink but less Signal Coverage

Bought this yesterday and to my surprise it is a 2015 mfg. product which CAMBIUM SLP (the seller) sent me. The product is just oversize and looks very odd and bulky. To my surprise the signal coverage is not that great as expected. I have upgraded from Dlink DSL 2750U and was toking for better and strong signal coverage but still the same as before. I wasted 3000/- for nothing. Only the pro side is that it has a 5GHz dual band radio and a extra antenna, Rest everything is as same as 2750U model.
Using with the BSNL Broadband and i am on 2mbps and receiving decent 3mbps speed.
Seriously, This is just a hype that it has better signal and vice versa but infact its the same as Dlink DSL 2750U, Just an extra antenna added to this model. Price is also twice the same where you get 1500/- for the 2750U model and this one's for 3000/-
So if u want to pay for 1500 more for just an additional antenna and a dual band 5 GHz radio which is basically useless for me. You are welcome to spend then. Apart from these its a decent product from Dlink.
Doesn't have a WAN port

The back view picture of this router is not provided in the site. I hv checked it in some other websites and found that it is also having a WAN port along with 4 LAN ports. But after receiving, I noticed that it is not available. Don't know what to do. I have only purchased for its WAN port.
Very sad...
Otherwise the product is good and the seller has dispatched in good condition and in time.

Prefect All round router for BSNL

First of all hats off to Amazon and Amazon courier guy to deliver this on holiday Diwali today. Nice packing and brand new product delivered before time. Opened the box and connected it to my BSNL Line. Entered login details and it just instantly connects to the world wide web. No need to call ISP and ask them to setup. We can do it within 5 min by ourself just we must have login details of ISP for our line. Both 5 ghz ans 2.4 ghz working perfect and range is excellent compared to my previous teracom router provided by BSNL. This is Indian Version for sure. Very happy with this purchase.
Middle east model was supplied in India. The firmware for this model is available in Middle east website of D-Link

Middle east model was supplied in India. I had lot of problem with network disconnecting frequently. Updating the firmware was a major issue since Indian support center cannot upgrade the firmware.18th August 2017I could download the updated firmware from Middle east website of D-Link. Now the modem router works perfectly.
Not for power users.

For normal user i imagine it's quite nice product. But I found few annoyances.1. There is no way to mount this to a wall. This router is meant to be standing on shelf.2. The web interface for configuration is bad. Really bad. Every time I visit the page. It launches configuration wizard.3. The port forwarding page is confusing, it maps a port range to single host port for some reason.

After reading many negative review of this modem,I decided to purchse this modem ... Yes after reding Negative Reviews..First its Great Budget Dual Band modem for Home Purpose.My home duplex 4 Bhk and i installed it first floor center it covers all corner of my room even outside garden and road.Both 2.4 G band and 5 G band works simultenously.The wifi range of 2.4g band covers more area than 5G.I have BSNL boradband plan and I am getting 8 Mbps Download speed flawlessly.I have connected it with my amazon fire sticks,It plays all contents in full hd quality 1080p smoothly.I do not have any issue as per my requirement.

Awesome router . Works on 2 bands 2.4hz and 5hz respectively . Can host many wifi networks. Good upsteam and downstream speed.on an average the link speed is around 300mbps. The 5g band has a short range and double the speed of the 2.4 hz band . Where as the 2.4hz band has quite a long range but not really fast speed
