LAN stopped working. Only WIFI

I bought this router for my home office. The first thing is - the router had very good speed. I bought on 19th Jan - and it worked fine till 13th Feb. But today it stopped working. Yes - only the WIFI works - and WIFI works perfectly, but the LAN Ports have stopped working.I search over the internet and found that many people are facing the same problem with this router. I wonder why ASUS would never look into this - given that it is a pricy router, ASUS should have some responsibility.
