Think twice if buying for typical Indian kitchen

Bought this for a very reasonable price during the BBD sales. But I did not realise that the total mentioned volume is of the refrigerator plus freezer, and the entire left half of the fridge is freezer.
You cannot increase the temperature above -3°C . For Indian kitchen, where we do not really consume too much of frozen food, be it frozen meat, or vegetables, this space will not be fully utilised. We have some ice-cream box and some frozen snacks that all fit in a single shelf. For the rest we're experimenting to see what does not spoil in the freezer. Like closed masala packs and all!! :)

I bought the LG 687 L side by side fridge during TBBD sale. Price was absolutely a big big big...... bargain, after all card offers & discounts I had to pay INR 55999/!!! Fridge arrived 25th Oct on time as specified by Flipkart, installation was done on the next day. We fell in love with the fridge, love at first sight.
Works silently, yes hardly any noise. Spacious both on refrigerator & on freezer sides. We selected Shiny Gold colour which perfectly matches with our kitchen cabinets.
You may be wondering then why did I gave 4 stars. There was a small dent on the top right back corner. Though it's very small and I covered it with a fridge magnet, such dents are not acceptable when we buy such products. Hence I have removed one star.
Highly recommended.
PS: After I covered the dent with fridge magnet, I put few other fridge magnets on it and the fridge now looks gorgeous ??
