I bought this projector from an authorized Benq dealer in Hyderabad (Color Edge) and have had it for a couple of weeks now. The image quality is simply fantastic. This machine is doing a fine job for replacing all my television needs. I also use this while coding and love it. Only issue I faced was that there was a bunch of flickering in the economy modes that started up on the fourth day. This flickering went away on the normal mode. After running the projector on normal mode for ~40 hours however, I have now noticed that the flickering in eco modes has also disappeared. Hopefully this state of affairs will continue. I also like how responsive the folks at the company are on their FB page and email.I am using this projector at the moment directly on the wall. The wall is light yellow and the inbuilt color correction for this is able to deliver outstanding images despite the lack of a screen. The detail is clearly visible and there is no perceptible lag. There is a bit of grain, but I expect that to be due to the non-optimal surface of the wall. The black levels on the other hand could be better. Also, the keystone correction, while useful in a hurry is very annoying to setup and view. Even after the correction is done, the misshapen outline of the image on the screen is quite visible and distracting enough that you keep doubting if the keystone correction is correct or not. I would also have preferred a finer focus ring adjustment. However, despite all these gripes, the picture is fantastic and I am certainly delighted with the experience.
