1.The software is not latest and not able to update.
2.The camera quality is not good as shown as 13 mp.and frant camera is not good
3.The sound quality is not good and i mean to say that very poor.
4.The display of phone is not good
5.The memory of phone is very low 1 gb.
6.The phone gets heat quickly after some use.
7.This phone has two speakers but one is not working.
8.In this phone high level gaming is not possible.
9.This phone hanged every time.
PLEASE DONT BUY THIS..........

What is the screen size ? It is shown as 1.8 inch, which is wrong. Get correct specs before buying. 13MP camera at this price is quite decent

it having 2 speakers, but only one is working, other customers also having same problem,-some times it hangs, touch is not more sensitive,-i think there is a manufucturing problem in this model.-i return this product on same day, because i need good sound out put,-good things- clear voice during call, good signal,bright display,sound battery.strong build quality, cam is 13mp but it is not up to that mark,-amazon service is great ,i got refund amount without any questions, so i always prefer to buy in amazon. thanq

Useless Mobile.... Don't never think to buy this ZTE v5 at all, it doesn't have a proper service center and I feel like its a fake mobile because anytime it will hang, network entina problem, closing the app automatically, most of the time unable to receive the call....etc.....and so many...even I don't feel like to hit 1*.

From last two months i am helpless due to touch screen damaged of the mobile zte v5 which I have purchased from amazon.in . So, plz. Guide me to repair the damaged screen mobile at the earliest. Spares are not available at our near by cities. Waiting for your positive reply & further needful action.
