Ordered this Washing Machine on 21 October and received it on 24th October. Though the assured delivery date was today (2nd Nov). Free Demo and installation was done within 2 days.
The product is excellent. Easy to operate, superb quality of cleaning & cloths are getting dry to the max. On the top of it, got 2 Years Warranty on Product, 10 Years on Motor. Overall I am satisfied with this product.
Only drawback found in the machine is No lint filter.

Whirlpool service engineers compelling to buy their accessories during demo

Product Installation and demo was quick on the same day of the delivery.But the whirlpool demo guys were unnecessarily forcing to use their one of their accessories Calstrait which cost Rs 2000.They casually fit in inlet water pipe during demo then again they refused to take it back.Now with this it is blocking the water flow to the washing machine.I lost Rs 2000 because of this.Very worst experience with whirlpool guys and highly frustrated over their service.Whirlpool should not engage with these kind of dealers This is unnecessary expense about Rs 2000 and Amazon should bring new policy to prevent this kind of issues

Lot of noise and movement when machine starts.The whirlpool engineer visited within a week and said it is expected behaviour and the noise will reduce over the period of 6-8 months. The whirlpool demo and installation person sold a faulty whirlpool washing machine stand for 1500 rs and later charged 500 additional for a new stand as a replacement.

Delivery: right on time as per my schedule.Installation: Appointment was auto scheduled and the technician coordinated with me for my convenience before coming. Rat-mess, inlet pipes are only things which are installed. He did a dry test after all the fittings. He also told me that "if i use whirlpool manufactured water compressor (or something of that sort keep the water inflow for my machine then the control panel will be covered under warranty". Though he didn't push me to buy it and neither did I.Performance: Machine is good, I mean it does the job very well. Though while drying,when the tub rotates... it rotates like crazy fast & makes a stormy noise. Initially I got scared thinking something is wrong, now it just something I don't bat my eye / ear.Overall, the machine is very good for the price and my experience so far is great.
poor installation

Machine is good, but Installation is poor. the person who came for installation, forgot to put hazard support ( a part of water pipe attached with machine) while attaching pipe to tap. If you are buying this product with installation service, i would suggest please check your water pipe connection after 2 -3 days you may also get the same installation issues.
Bought it two days ago. Already regretting it.

I don't generally talk to walls, but now I know what it feels like thanks to Whirlpool. See, whenever you buy an appliance, ALWAYS research on the after-sales service. Because these companies will promise you the moon when they want your money, and after that, they'll bail on you. My installation guy called me and said that either I could come home (leaving office mid-way and lose a day of pay) immediately or I could install it myself. He said he has better things to do than work at 5 PM (which is what I said I could manage) and then he hung up. Completely confused as to how it's possible that customer care sucks so much. Guys. I don't know if all sellers are like this or what. Please get a word of mouth reference before you buy. And believe me, STAY AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL. Will return this tomorrow.
