I ordered this product during Snapdeal unboxing offer (Black One). I got 15% instant discount from Citi Bank. After a week, the product got delivered in to my home. I'd connected this Hard Disk in my desktop's front panel USB slot and it was not recognizing. The very next day I had communicated with WD Team, and they have tried to sort it out the issue via Telephone. They have guided me to open disk management and configure it, however it was give IOS device error and WD Engineer suggested me to Replace it. The same day I have raised a request for replacement. Again took 2 week to pick up the product from my home for replacement and after 5 days later they have been replaced and delivered it. This time I have received Blue WD 1 TB Portable Hard Disk, anyway again I tried to connect my desktop and I faced same problem. This time I bit disappointed and I thought that place an order for cancellation. Before cancelling, luckly I tried to connect the hard disk on CPU's back side USB Slot. Oh God, the PC immediately recognized the product and it's working very smoothly. The problem I gues, CPU's front USB not giving adequate power for Hard Disk. When I connect the back panel its getting proper power and working smoothly. I believe the previous item haven't any problem. Even WD trouble shooting team don't know how to trouble shoot it. I shared my experience, in order to rectify the issue in case if any one facing similar issue. I like this Hard Disk. I am getting above 40MBPS data transferring speed. Also I am able to connect this Hard Disk on my Smart TV. Size is very small and easy to carry. All Over I am a satisfied with Product. Go for it.. Good luck!!!
