Supplied a damaged HDD, all the four corners of the HDD is damaged and its not detecting also. Defective Hard Drive supplied with lot of physical damage. After contacting Amazon service there is no response. WD support team said the HDD is physically damaged we can not take back. Only one start i am giving because without star mark we can not give feedback. As per my concern no start mark should be givn for this product.

Hard Drive was not detected in the system i thought the DVR was at fault, when the DVR support came they sent a backup system to check and same issue and then arranged a PC and finally plugged it in. Thats when we realised that the harddisk is at fault since PC did not detect it either. Opened a ticket with WD support . i am not too sure to put it as seller fault or Manufacturer, thats why 3 stars.

Just to avoid any damage, packing should be proper. My hard disk packing was very casual. Hard disk found to be working perfectly fine as expected. Thank you MD Enterprises for selling good HDD. Have a nice time. Thank you so much. I also received the disk in time with "Prime" Delivery within 3-4 days. Great !!!

I was waiting for my cctv guy to come. We had added some cameras that’s why thought of upgrading hard drive capacity of dvr.My cctv installer came yesterday and when he changed the hard drive, the new one didn’t work. So I had to switch back to my old hard drive. Requesting a way to replace the faulty hard drive so that I can use it ASAP.
