First of All thanks to Flipkart who delivered Genuine and best Quality TV.
Now coming to the point, I read many review where buyer said that sounds is not good, So let me make clear to All old and new buyer that I kept this TV in Hall and got unbelievable experience : Feeling like sitting in THEATRE sound is awesome and one more think I want to add here, might be some buyer don't get sound because of thier Dish connection, I am using TATA SKY HD with DOLBY DIGITAL SOUND CINEMA EXPERIENCE. that make double my sound experience.
And People have to believe in all Startup Companies like Xiaomi.. when MI was started in Market no one was interested to buy thier smartphone saying that Chinese now, Every third person have MI phone and everybody knows thier Qualities and price, same similarities with VU. This is not promotion, only appreciation of this brand.
I am very happy to buy this TV. I bet in this price I can't get other brand TV.
No minus points till now.

Update after 6 month: Remote stop working due to may be my child damage it, now I have search everywhere including online and offline, a very big remote shops but remote not available anywhere. Called VU team but not responding on calls...
I bought on 17-Oct-17 in Diwali sales & delivered on 22-Oct-17.
There are two variant selling in 32K160M model
Old Model: I have received this TV with manufacturing July-17 & there is 1 USB Port as written in specification. It is old model with 7 watt 2 speaker without Amplify & approx. 50% .mkv file will not play in this.
New Model: My friend got the same TV with 2 USB Port, 10 Watt 2 Speaker & all video format playing on his TV, it was manufacturing in August-2017.
Then talk to VU Technical officer & know that they have done few small changes to improving TV performance. As both (old & new stock) stock available at seller, they send randomly & its depend on luck to which one we get.

Booked TV on 10th Oct but installation not done till 19th

Worst Service from Flipkart - Booked TV on 10th Oct but installation not done till 19th Oct(today)

1. I booked TVon 10th Oct
2. Delivered used TV on 12th Oct
3. On that day itself I requested for replacement
4. Technician came to verify TV on 13th Oct and approved for replacement as it is already used by someone.(this is worst process)
5. New TV came on 15th Oct and taken back existing TV. (From here the real problem started)
6. Status not updated to delivered, because of this reason Installation not yet DONE.
7. Called flipkart on 16th for installation, they said within 24 hrs it will be done.
4. Called again on 17th Oct, again the said surely it will be done within 24 hrs. This time I spoke with Senior person, he promised me for completion. But he is such a idiotic person who is sitting there in flipkart without keeping his promise.
9. I got call from flipkart on 17th Oct and asked my comfortable time to deliver the TV (Its a sarcastic, how he can deliver TV?, I already got the TV & waiting for installation ) (Stupid process in flipkart).
10. Got one more call from Flipkart (escalation team), again same story. She created a high hopes that installation will be done in 24 hrs with 100% confidence as it is already escalated and high priority too..
11. Today is 19th Oct. 24 hrs completed as like previous days. But nothing done to my case. keeping TV in my home & waiting for flikart worst guys to come for installation is a worst thing.
Flipkart should reply to this

1. Product selling is not only your responsibility, you should be take care of delivery & make sure it is working fine.
2. You delivered the product & installation not done yet. What can I do with that TV now?
- You want me to do Puja to that TV?
- or You want me to blast the TV with crackers??
3. You(flipkart) recruited worst employees to give false promises, to close the call as soon as possible. Then where is the solution.
4. For every ticket/escalation, there will be timeline, if it reaches it will go to next higher level. In this case, what the worst process you guys are following?

Day to Day flipkart is becoming worst by providing poor quality of services,
I think flipkart also must go through ISO test and educate their team for good quality of services.
delivery guys are forseble delivering the expensive product 5 kms. away from delivery points.
