Very very good quality product. Comes with a pouch. And a very good quality charging cord. Charging takes around 5-7 hours, as the capacity is 10400 mAH the time is decent enough. Charges my Samsung S5 with a capacity of 2800 mAH atleast 3 times full. Completly satisfied.Now the seller and delivery part. The seller is Superdeals 24x7 promt reply. Genuine product. I had ordered the product at 11.30 pm night and selected express delivery paid 120 rs extra and got the delivery at 8.45 am the next day. Awesome delivery experience Amazon. Very reliable power bank. Used it often on my vacation this May, as the electricity supply is very erratic at my village in Goa. Charged my Micromax A116 3 times & my wife's Samsung Galaxy Prime once (in all cases from around 10-20% to 100%) and it still had power to spare (2 lights were on when i tested, so at least 25% more charge was still available) .In short, it does what it is supposed to do, and without any problem.Would like to mention a few things so that potential buyers are aware of it ;(a) As per the user guide, the power bank cannot charge a device when it is being charged itself(b) As per the guide the power bank would take 7 hours to charge on a 2A adaptor, 10 hours on a 1A adaptor & 25 hours when charged from a 0.5A USB port. The manufacturer suggests using a 5V/2A adaptor for charging (adaptor is not included with the power bank)(c) Included in the package along with the power bank are a Micro USB Cable, cloth Travel pouch & user guide.(d) The power bank has a built in flashlight which might be useful in emergencies.

1st, powerbank issue:Most inconvenient power bank(PB) , it claimed dual port one of which is 1Amp and another 2Amp and when tested neither of them produce charger rate above 800 mA.2nd, stock charging cable:Earlier this power bank is to come with around a meter long charging cable and not what they give is about 6 inches so hold the PB till its getting charged 9 hrs aprox3rd, protective pouch:They no more provide the protective pouch which is to supplyed earlier.I am not sure if it's a supplier's strategie to reduce code or Tp itself have degraded it's quality as well as saved its couple of bucks by reducing cable length and stopping pouch supy in box.Better to buy Mi PB at half its rate.Also refund takes above 3 to 4 days post return, actually I am still counting on days for refund.

When the power bank is charged to 100%, the total available output power is 7696mAh theoretically(because of energy conversion). But no device can give you 100% efficiency. Considering the 1A output port, the efficiency is mostly 90%, i.e. 6926mAh and on the 2A port, the efficiency is ~85%, i.e. 6541mAh. I have a OPO which has a 3100mAh battery and requires 2A to charge quickly, TL-PB10400 can charge the phone 1.7~2 times and in just 90mins(and that's very fast.) And also it can power a 2.5A RaspberryPI 3 with its 2A port without any problem, with a 4G dongle connected to Pi USB port. I have not measured for how long it can power the raspberry pi 3, but I'll surely update when I shall try that. The USB cable supplied with the powerbank is more than 2ft long, and is very good in terms of build qualtiy, but during long charges the USB A-Type becomes very hot.

Do you guys even check the order before you ship? Terrible shopping experience. Never expected this from FLIPKART! Kudos to your team.

I purchased from Electro4Shoppe seller. This stupid shameless seller sent me a duplicate chinese copy of Sony Power Bank. Look at the guts of these sellers, he didn't even bother to arrange for a TP Link Duplicate. Please ban Electro4Shoppe seller. Everyone please avoid the seller Electro4Shoppe. Product is good though. I am using other one from ws-retail seller.

Bought it for Rs. 1299 last week 10th June. Charging takes 8 hours to charge via 5V 1.5A charger. It charges my Asus Zenfone 5 (2110mAH battery) 3 times full + one spice triple sim phone (1000mAH) once (3 days time) then fully drained. Overall 7300mAH output excluding phones running time while charging. 70% efficiency is not great but comparing to all available power banks (Max 50% efficiency), this one is good n way better. I need to see the reliability in coming days. Do not buy cloned OEM Sony/samsung and craps like lappy master, portronics etc... Reviews of ADATA is mixed and reviews of Lenovo is good as well.
