Works better than a normal HDD .Even though you wont easily notice a change / improvement in the performance .It really has a + point on the performance .Surely would recommend it if you are tight on budget and cant afford a SSD .Don't expect rocket performance with this .Edit : After just 2 months of usage this product became faulty (Reallocated Sectors)

3 stars for only drive performance. OS & apps loads faster. Overall performance is good. But just like other reviews the stability of drive is questionable as my drive lasted only six months before giving out. Submitted for warranty, will see what product they ship me back. My advice if you are purchasing this model for critical data, DONT!!! look elsewhere.

(Update : replacement is on the way )will review after product been receivedIt doesn't boots up, my Lenovo y700 doesn't detect it even in boot menu , I tried sata to USB cable to check whether it works? on other PC but it doesn't workI want replacementAnd the drive produce some scratching noise when it's connected via 2.5 inch enclosure
