This HDD not connecting and beep sound coming from HDD

I have bought 2TB BK plus slim HDD in March 2017 and I had checked it first time it was working fine. After six months second time I tried to connect my drive to PC now it is not showing and beeping. I tried to find the online solution nothing is working. I spent 6500 INR and my external HDD is not working I'm very upset and NOT happy with the product of Amazon.

I bought it in January 2018. Last month onwards it was not working. So I made the complaint. They sent it for replacement. Today I got the new device. But I lost all my data which was saved in the previous one. Whom shall I complaint? For this new device who will guarantee for my data saved?!!!!

i bought this one on 17th may this year and it didn't even last for 15 days .....started making noises from inside and that's it it's dead(not recognisible)...piece of s***.....and i already moved 1 tb of data from my laptop to this hard drive......and it's all gone.....thank you seagate for your "remarkable" piece of dog s***....i'm f***ing pissed right now agrhhhhhh
Seagate is not to be trusted

The product is really bad. I purchased this hard disk but has to give it for replacement multiple times and also lost my data. There is no gurantee about your data. So I would not recommend Seagate.Secondly if you ask for recovery then they charge you more than the cost of the hard disk so in short they are looting customer.Worst experience ever. Do not buy Seagate.
Good product with fair pricing

Neatly packed and delivered. First time received a faulty hard disk, LED was not on and wasn't detected in both MAC and in Windows. However it was using under USB devices. My guess was, hard disk crash. Tried to troubleshoot for few hours but fed up and ordered replacement.Replacement product came in 3 days. Installed Paragon NTFS for MAC and it works good. Transferring speed was about 1GB in 15 seconds on USB3.0
