I was using Transcend Class 10 16 GB card with my Nikon D3100, and the performance was better that the free Class 4 card shipped with the box. Since I recently upgraded to Nikon D7000, I researched for a better card (yet which fits it my budget), as I not a pro-photographer and peruse it as a hobby. I came across SanDisk Ultra 16 Gb 30MB/S card which has 200x speed rate and order a couple. I have been using it since a couple of weeks (in overflow mode), and the performance has been great. There is no lag time between clicks and copying over the photos via the SD card reader to my Windows 7 PC is good. I used the same with my Nikon D3100 and the speed (200x) was noticeable. Flipkart delivered within 3 days as expected and the packing was great as always. Great product to start with (for Class 10 series cards) which fits into everyone's budget.

I am an Amateur Photographer with Canon EOS 500D. I just bought Sandisk ultra 16GB card for Rs.775 from flipkart , took 6 days for delivery. Card has impressive speed , although not much noticable in normal shooting circumstances. I bought it to replace a 4 GB class 6 card . I tested both these cards for their speed by shooting RAW first , it took 4 seconds to save one raw file to my older class 6 card while it took on average 2.5 seconds using this card. My camera buffer is 9 shots for RAW , i shooted 9 shots continously and it took 21-22 seconds to completely save them to my older card while it took 13-14 seconds using this class 10 card , so the results are impressive. While copying RAW pics to computer im getting read speed of 28 MB/sec on average which is great over the class 6 card which gives average 11-12 MB/sec In addition , this card is shockproof , waterproof (in 1m water for 72 hours) and x-rayproof and pretty sturdy in design and have lifetime limited warranty (10 years for some countries , dont know if india is included in them or not). As i said earlier the speed improvement over class 6 card will not be much noticeable under normal shooting conditions like shooting one jpg picture but will definately be felt in burst shooting and for video. If you've got few extra bucks and are serious about photography , i'd suggest you go for sandisk extreme series cards (16 GB card is for about 1175 while writing this review) , it has 45 MBps speed and also prevents accidental data loss and you will also get RescuePRO software One Year subscription which is not available with this card. At last i would say it is a steal for this price (Rs.775).
