I was using a front load washing machine from a good brand. Later i have decide to buy this machine and used it for more than a year.
This is poor in doing its purpose.. NOT worth to buy. Please stay away

this machine is very good for daily use there are many options for wash.
like seperate wash, rinse and spin are available in this machine.
the spinning of cloths removes excess water from cloths same as in semi automatic washing machine...so if u think that the cloths will be dry after wash so its not..if you already used any semiautomatic machine then u can think.
active wash is not usable as no one use it for washing any cloths..so dont attract by this
but afterall its fully automatic so its very good...
cons.
when i got my machine from flipkart then the rat mash was found broken. After replacement of complete machine again i got the broken rat mash inside the machine.
very cheap quality of plastic is used in rat mash..that is disappointment from samsung to use cheap quality of plastic
no delay button is available to set wash timer on desired time...
replacement procedure sucks by flipkart

first of all 5 star to Flipkart and WS retail and delivery of product. I received such a heavy product without even a single scratch and installation and demo also handled by flipkart. Let come to brand samsung , it's really awesome brand to purchase. Washing machine is really working as per expectation , you just need to put clothes and detergent and connect water supply rest of work is automatically done by washing machine it self. Washing quality is good and clothes do not mixed up with each other while washing. I'll really recommend to buy this washing machine. I brought it under discount so I saved 2000 rupee also there is option of interest free EMI which helped me to buy machine instantly. again 5 star to everything.

The product was delivered on time and the installtion engineer from Samsung has called me up the next day morning, visited my home immediately and installed the machine. Happy with flipkart and Samsung service. It would be too early to comment on the quality as hardly one test wash it has completed so far.

First time buyer of any top load, replaced my Siemens front load. Washing quality is ok to me. Machine comes with Active wash+, 2 years for all parts except for motor which covers 10 years of manufacturer warranty. Thanks to snapdeal for the super packing and i received this without even a single scratch from such a long distance and also stand against commitment for timely delivery.Also thanks to SurfExcel for the free 2kg trial pack and 6 small pocket of comfort detergent
