It's perfect for what it is

I bought this laptop to meet a couple of specific criteria: easy on the pocket and sturdy for everyday moderate use. I am happy to report that this machine meets all my requirements with flying colors. First, it's not too heavy and I can lift it with one hand and carry it around no problem. Second, it's screen is big enough for personal movie-watching experience (being a Film Studies student, I watch a lot of media and I need clarity and size to make every watch worth my time). Third, I love the volume on this machine. It isn't booming but it's quite good for the size of the laptop. And finally, the battery and fan. They're very good, very quiet and very long lasting. On any given day, I run my laptop on battery for four to five hours and it never runs out! It keeps prolonging battery life and I have personally had five hours of unplugged usage, including working online, watching media, playing music and working offline. That's quite nifty for such a price! And the fan is effective so that it takes a good few hours before it really starts to heat up, and even then, if you shift positions and air it a bit, it cools off. I think that's promising for a machine that is running on battery for such long periods. All in all, moving from MSI Slimbook, I was afraid I was not going to find another laptop with equal performance value (I loved my MSI, may he rest in peace) but Samsung delivered. Two thumbs up.
Good laptop for the price BUT bad flipkart service

The laptop is good for the price. And would rate it four if not for the smudge on the display and flipkart's irresponsive after sales service. It's been a week now since I raised the display issue to flipkart and they have not bothered to get back to me with a resolution except for a cursory "well get back to you soon". Sent another email 2 days ago asking for an update, and yet again no response. DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU FLIPKART!!!
Amazing laptop at super awesome price

I bought this laptop in anticipation of a work machine to carry out tasks for my college and work.
However, this laptop is a great buy at the 25-30k price point and I have several reasons to proclaim that:
1. Lightening fast processing abilities with i3. I haven't seen an i3 processor work this fast ever.
2. Great webcam quality: something that other laptops suck on.
3. Graphics processing: The internal graphics card is sufficient for Counter strike and NFS. I am more than happy.
4. Battery backup is great at 3.5 hours.
5. It doesn't heat up. I mean, really. The laptop stays cool even after hours and hours of working.
Just go for it, if you want to make an impression with its looks and your work.

I just got Samsung NP300E5X-A0BIN, i found superb for me and also recommded to all to go for it and nice support from samsung and also ws retial support is best.. and also recommeded to upgrade it's ram 2GB to 4 or more i upgrade it 6GB..

Meets more than my expectation at such a price and that too with original windows 8..........slightly slow owing to 2 GB of RAM......but with a little more money invested on an extra 2 GB RAM, I think it indeed is a BEST BUY
