It's perfect for what it is

I bought this laptop to meet a couple of specific criteria: easy on the pocket and sturdy for everyday moderate use. I am happy to report that this machine meets all my requirements with flying colors. First, it's not too heavy and I can lift it with one hand and carry it around no problem. Second, it's screen is big enough for personal movie-watching experience (being a Film Studies student, I watch a lot of media and I need clarity and size to make every watch worth my time). Third, I love the volume on this machine. It isn't booming but it's quite good for the size of the laptop. And finally, the battery and fan. They're very good, very quiet and very long lasting. On any given day, I run my laptop on battery for four to five hours and it never runs out! It keeps prolonging battery life and I have personally had five hours of unplugged usage, including working online, watching media, playing music and working offline. That's quite nifty for such a price! And the fan is effective so that it takes a good few hours before it really starts to heat up, and even then, if you shift positions and air it a bit, it cools off. I think that's promising for a machine that is running on battery for such long periods. All in all, moving from MSI Slimbook, I was afraid I was not going to find another laptop with equal performance value (I loved my MSI, may he rest in peace) but Samsung delivered. Two thumbs up.
Good laptop for the price BUT bad flipkart service

The laptop is good for the price. And would rate it four if not for the smudge on the display and flipkart's irresponsive after sales service. It's been a week now since I raised the display issue to flipkart and they have not bothered to get back to me with a resolution except for a cursory "well get back to you soon". Sent another email 2 days ago asking for an update, and yet again no response. DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU FLIPKART!!!
Amazing laptop at super awesome price

I bought this laptop in anticipation of a work machine to carry out tasks for my college and work.
However, this laptop is a great buy at the 25-30k price point and I have several reasons to proclaim that:
1. Lightening fast processing abilities with i3. I haven't seen an i3 processor work this fast ever.
2. Great webcam quality: something that other laptops suck on.
3. Graphics processing: The internal graphics card is sufficient for Counter strike and NFS. I am more than happy.
4. Battery backup is great at 3.5 hours.
5. It doesn't heat up. I mean, really. The laptop stays cool even after hours and hours of working.
Just go for it, if you want to make an impression with its looks and your work.

I just got Samsung NP300E5X-A0BIN, i found superb for me and also recommded to all to go for it and nice support from samsung and also ws retial support is best.. and also recommeded to upgrade it's ram 2GB to 4 or more i upgrade it 6GB..

If you were looking for an entry level laptop for surfing internet, MS office tool, and basic entertainment stuff, then don’t waste you r money in buying some other brand laptop. Go for it.
Suggestion: From my aspect the processer is pretty decent and can handle 8 GB for DDR3 RAM, So if you believe the performance is degraded after installing high end application. Then please go for an RAM upgrade. Best option is go for a 4GB DDR3.
BOTTEM LINE: Best package at this price. Don’t think so much else it will go “out of stock”. In retail market this model is vanishing in rapid.
Last but not the least - Flipkart's service is AWESOME...Keep it UP !!!!

This is much better than 10' netbook.
1. Wonder-full display 5star
2. Battery 5 star ( upto 5 hrs)
3. Decent performance in this price range.
My previous Laptop crashed 5 days back, and my budget was less, so i bought this, and its a best buy.
Only thing which is uncomfortable is - Touch pad had itchy software for scrolling, You have to two finger ssimultaneously for scroll which is problematic.

Hello , actually i have purchased Samsung NP300E4Z-A06IN laptop on base of reviews given by others as i was on entry lavel and it was my 1st one..so i thing i need to give a reveiw as well..
1st of all excellent service from flipkart for that thanks to flipkart that i got the laptop in 3 days in best packing..
for the product it is really value for money .The size ,screen are awesome as well as the audio ,video .i am using window 7 and going perfectly, only missing the CAPS on/off indicator..
initially i did not find the webcam driver but now installed from net..
overall all a good product in this price range..
i thing it is out of stock now and price also going high

From my experience this Samsung Notebook is the best laptop for this price range.
PROS:
1.) Value for money. Best in its price range.
2.) Ideal for basic home use. Very good overall performance. Far better than any Netbooks.
3.) Sensible design, light weight and excellent build quality.
4.) Excellent battery backup. (Got 5+ hours with 60% screen brightness.)
5.) Very good display and audio quality.
6.) Mouse pad comes with Pinch Zoom facility.
Cons:
1.) Pre-installed with DOS only.
2.) Driver DVD provided has only Windows 7 compatible drivers.
Had to download about 1 GB (driver + Samsung utilities) as I installed XP.
3.) Screen brightness gets set to the max every time system is restarted.

Most beautiful laptop that i have ever seen for this price and performance, coz i use Toshiba L650 model and i brought it for 50k and it really sucks!
Guys, Please don't go high pricing budget laptops for everyday use. This is AWESOME and You can buy this laptop instead of buying a TABLET.
One thing about Samsung, i use all electronic products from Samsung except mixer and grinder..hee hee..
