At its price, its a deal!!! Although the outer shell seems to be very thin and fragile and actually feels like it is made of tin sheet, functionally the microwave is good. To reduce cost the weight of the microwave has been drastically cut down with the result that pressing the touch panel buttons pushes the unit backwards. Even the bump-on feet is not designed to hold the microwave in place. Having used microwaves for the last 25 years, a common and convenient feature found missing in this model is the repeat feature of the "Start" button which allows the MW to run for 30 seconds at HI power with each push. However, overall, at its price of sub-6k, it is a reasonably good buy.
Delivery guy demanded extra delivery charges

Product is good and works as expected. It's quite economical and a good buy. Sadly the guy who delivered the product was demanding extra money as delivery charges even though this purchase was prepaid and I'm a prime user. Really disappointing how people loot money straight out of the customer.
Damaged product on arrival

I ordered it for my parents in India. It arrived and had a dent in the body. In addition only the 30 second button works. Unfortunately, I saw both these two problems now, after 6 plus months and have no way of proving my assertion here. My parents are old and could not return the package to a far off drop location. I am surprised by Amazon as it is letting its brand and quality take a hit by allowing unworthy sellers use their website to sell damaged products.

Works great. It was konked out in first 10Days. It took 3 visits by technician - first to find door latch part, got the part but realized bulb went out. Overall, it was fixed but the door has slight play at rest.
