The supplied Battery didnt came in original samsung packing just a clear plastic packing, but there is no other option to buy, as samsung stopped supplying the battery and you have to stick with the 1st copy product.
performance wise it was ok, at-lest one has 4-5 hrs of battery life, which is better then old used-up battery.

I bought this battery to give my samsung galaxy pop (CDMA) a new life. i recharged the battery fully as it's first charge.But now after around a month's use, the battery keeps on draining to almost zero in less than one hour (if i browse using my data plan)If i do not use data plan but only voice call then the battery life is ok but that doesn't serve the purpose of buying a new battery worth 450/- odd bucks. the received battery was nov 2014 manufactured when bought in august 2015.So i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this battery
