If you wish to make crunchy delicious sandwiches in no time then go for it.This product is worth buying.I felt better in this way rather than the manual:
1.Put slices in both the platforms with fillings in it.
2.Close the lid.(Dont forget to lock it)
3.Turn on the switch.(Red light turns on)
4.Wait till the green light goes on.
5.Turn off the switch and open the lid by its handle.(Don't touch the metallic part,it becomes hot)
6.Take out the food,cut it diagonally and serve.
NB:Better not to use in inverter because it needs 800 wattage.
Everyone in my family is happy with this product.I will strongly recommend this. :) And thank you flipkart for your awesome service.

Its a great product with a reasonable price tag. Purchased the product from flipkart 3 months back. Its working great till now. The product was delivered within 2 days of placing the order. And not to forget, amazing packing and delivery from flipkart. I think the flipkart self delivery was a great and fantastic idea. About the product, the sandwiches come out great. Only issues are that be careful that during operational use, the silver plating on the top surface gets very hot. It can cause some burns if not handled with care. A must to "keep children away from the sandwich maker". If cheese or butter leaks out from the back then it gets collected in a aft of the sandwich maker where the top plate is hinged to the bottom plate. Cleaning becomes really really tough in this place. That is another drawback of this product. And don't forget to get a dog legged brush of 1" or 2" size so that you can easily apply butter on the plates before placing your bread on the hot plates..happy sandwiches!!

I was looking for grill to buy. I found this product interesting since it gave me a combination of both a grill and a toaster. Since a photograph of the opened toaster was not available, I thought it must be having detachable grilling and toasting plates.
But when I opened it, it was half toaster and half griller! Both were of very small size made for smaller sized breads! Grilling only one sandwich was possible at a time. Hence making this product very inconvenient if you want to work with larger sized breads! If you place even a slightly larger sized bread than the smaller ones, some part will get grilled and the other part toasted!
Unhappy with this product, I had to sell this on OLX for Rs. 700!
But Flipkart delivery and packaging outdid expectations as always! :)

Got the product within 2 days of ordering it. It serves the purpose well and because of the two kinds of plates, you get grilled as well as the normal sandwiches in 1 go. The only problem is that the plates are small in size, and there's not much space between the top and bottom so if you lock it while cooking, you get a really thin sandwich and sometimes the sauces overflow because of all the 'squeezing'. But I found a work-around for this; I put in the bread and leave the s'wich maker unlocked and that really helps.
I'm taking off 1 star because the top steel-like sheet gets really hot, and there's no work-around for that.

i m not really happy with the product, it gives out smoke while grilling and toasting, space to make sandwiches is very small, sandwich bread size does not fit properly, sandwiches are not crispy at all they become moist. and the powercord is very short.
i dont recommend this product.
