Pros: Handy, fast, versatile (multiple connectivity/download options) and long battery hours.
Cons: 1" margin on left and right side makes it difficult to scan books.
Though a docking connector is provided, there is no compatible docking station available. Portronics should consider coming out with a docking station for the Scanny to make it complete.

Great for quick and portable scanning on the go.Pros:Quality of scanning is good and one can scan long pages - this was my main requirement and works well.The max width of scanning is fixed but length is variable and easily scans A4, legal sizes and beyond!Saves in multiple formats and resolutions and quality is very good.Product works as described.Cons:Needs a steady hand and flat surface for a good scanNeeds quite a bit of practice to get a good scan without distortions.The max width of scanning is fixed to about 8.5 inches but scanning at max width by hand will lead to distorted scans due to manually hand movement for the scanInbuilt display for scan preview is very poor and not of practical use - better to take multiple scans to be sure.

Perfect one... Easy to use... Fully satisfiedButThe accompanying software to convert the scanned images and pdf documents to word file should be able to convert multiple files or for batch operation as it is very annoying to convert one by one.....The software updates can fix it if they modify the software and make it available to its customers

Best one..luckily i didn't buy scanny 7 which cant be used for book scanning and other news paper based scanning.. its purely feeding based..this one is the best one forever.. Go for it..All can buy it..must buy product..expensive.. we dont know the guarantee details.. price is a bit expensive..

This is an awesome product. I just love it. Works well. Very good clarity of the scanned images.The best part is It came with its own OCR software which works flawlessly (This was not mentioned in the description)

Its wifi option works absolutely fine. But the only demerit is that i need to disconned the my local wifi and then connect the scan direct wifi of scanny 6 wifi device in order to have access to the device. If this device automatically connects to our wifi then i would have given 5 stars.Very Handy, and the device works absolutely fine.
