Product is superb and work as expected. Sound quality is very good and high but bass is little average but accepted. Size is also good and looks classy and slick Bluetooth connects at once without any issue and have a good coverage, Never found any challenge in connectivity. Charging is really fast and long lasting (In single a Charge it Works around 7 to 8 hours. (Red Light while Charging and Blue Light while Operating and both light mix-up and shine in purple while you charge and use simultaneously). You can control it full with its Remote except on/off, Remote also control your music Previous/Next, so just connect it through Bluetooth and rest you can do it with its remote. FM works good but display is missing and due to that you got challenge to identify which FM Channel you have playing, so you have to wait FM jockey to repeat FM channel name and frequency, So here a Display is really missing (Display was there in its previous model BT-1, So really don't understand that why Protronics not given even a small display in this model/BT-2) BUT Auto Voice /command Menu is a good feature which somehow try to fulfill the absence of a display as its prompt each time when you press MODE Button or while connecting/paring-unpairing it. USB and MicroSD works fine but one huge gap or you can say disadvantage is there, as you don't have option to change Folder/Page, so you are bound to play each single song or forward it one by one which is really painful, As you are not able to select your song in one go and you have to move them forward until you get your song. Overall its good product but price is little high (in July 2016 its cost is 2549/- which should be reduced to 2000/- Max) But I recommends this product to each Music lover as its good to have it as its work as an all in one. After ten days of use I'm writing this review. First.. Build quality is good. Feels a bit bulky at 850gms.. plastic quality could have been better. Still it looks gorgeous. Second.. you won't miss a single musical note while listening to music. Vocals are absolutely brilliant.. the only thing it lacks is that high punch bass. Considering its size I was not expecting much.. however in high volumes it delivers some bass. Never played it in highest volume level as mid volume is good enough to fill my drawing room. Guitar sounds are absolutely brilliant. Considering its price range..you won't regret putting your money on such a brilliant product..if you are an audiophile..go for bose or JBL..for most others..this speaker is just awesome. Music sounds best when played from Pendrive or card reader. Then Bluetooth..and last FM..not all FM channels are as clear as others. Third connectivity..I can connect it using my mobile from other room next to my drawing room using Bluetooth. No problems in connection..easily pairs with any Bluetooth device. Fourth Remote: Remote has the worst plastic when compared with rest of the device. However not a deal breaker. You can easily operate from within 20feet..that's the farthest I have checked. Note: Having a remote is the best musical experience..when you can control songs sitting on a lounger. Fifth charging.. It's takes 15 seconds after connecting the charger before it starts charging. If Pendrive is connected. Charging won't start. Remove Pendrive and then start charging again. Takes like two hours to recharge. I play music for 5 to 6 hours in mid sound before I put to charge again.. It never went zero battery on me. I would recommend this speaker to anyone who can sacrifice some bass.. it plays brilliant music and sounds crystal clear. No distortion of any kind. My rating..4.2 out of 5..Thanks

This item has been replaced once. Both the original product and the replaced product were imported in 2016. In both the products the battery must have been fully discharged as it was lying with the seller for more than 2 years. Hence I found it difficult to charge the battery in the first product. Therefore it has to be returned and got replaced. the replaced product also had the same problem. This could not even be charged and there is no indication whether it is charging or not. I do not know why amazon sells products like this. We are being taken for granted as they are giving at a discounted price.

Product looked as if opened and re packed. The outer box was totally loose which usually happens when used. The product had no cover, the accessories were in an open packet and re- taped. There was dust on the product and it looked old and used. The month of import it said was Nov 2016. There is no information on the product page that it is not returable even under prime, that whatever be the reason it will only be replaced. Very disappointed. Hope the replacement is a new piece and not used one.

Bad purchase. Sound quality is bad. The volume is very low. Sound Output is not clear, it gives blurry sound. full blown sound doesn't cross the room as well, forget to be loud. Got Artis Speakers instead at similar price range, much better and great output. 10 meter bluetooth range also.. very bad product from Portonics.

It was really awesome product including good features in this price with 1 year warranty..I have ordered for my father he is very happy & using it daily..the sound quality and connectivity features are really good with in built fm radio station which catches almost all his favourite station..At this price no one is giving all this features I really very happy with this product..Go for it..

Bought this product exclusively for its radio capability, was already using the Soundpot from this company which is an excellent product, this one is average, some points one should consider while buying1. Sound is good2. Changing radio stations is a pain, as there is no display to show which station is playing3. This speaker does not stand, it falls even with a slight push, a major design fault4. Battery life is low in comparison to similar products5. No Bluetooth, a big disadvantage
